Stumbled across this on my daily walk and have been meaning to pop in. Was kindly greeted by a gentleman who was very welcoming, polite and attentive. I ordered an extra hot mocha and it was super good! I love that they offer a loyalty card. Will defo return to try other items on the menu. Update: Visited today on my quick morning walk, not the most welcoming atmosphere. Ordered an extra hot mocha to go, two very small cup sizes, opted for large when asked by the gentleman as that’s the one I usually go far but was charged £4.15 which I think is quite expensive for a standard mocha , no extra syrups etc. on the board it clearly states +0.40p for large (though it should be clearer) and that would be 3.90 but I was charged £4.15. It also would have been nice to double check what milk I wanted as I always get skimmed not whole. I have a lot of anxiety so didn’t want ask once I got my drink. Needed sugar which usually doesn’t. Also asked for a replacement stamp card as I misplaced mine and asked the man to kindly add the two from last time. Felt like I was asking for free food. Although he kindly added it, I felt really embarrassed for asking. Kind recommendations: - ensure prices are correct and clear for customers - consider a digital stamp system if possible so cards aren’t lost or misplaced. - if customer hasn’t stated whether they want an alternative milk, at least double check if they would like whole or skimmed. I am a little upset as I make effort in supporting local small businesses but sometimes I feel they don’t appreciate or value the customers they do have that return. My first visit was nothing like this hence this is my fourth visit or so. I don’t like to have to add this but I have to be honest about my experience and I hope improvements can be made in the near future. Overall, this time round, underwhelming experience and mocha.

I ordered a flat white, and there was only one barista present—more focused on playing with a dog than attending to customers. Without washing her hands, she proceeded to make my drink. When I politely asked if she had washed her hands, it seemed she didn’t understand me, possibly due to a language barrier. The drink was served with visible frustration, spilled over the cup and down the sides—leaving a mess on both the cup and the bar. Truly unacceptable. The overall attitude was rude, and there was no sense of basic customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Literally the best place I’ve ever go to for coffee in tooting. Amazing food and drink, fit baristas and great atmosphere for an early morning gossip sesh with whoever. Dogs are welcome which is also appraised. For anyone living in tooting this is a must try.

I was disappointed with my visit to this local coffee shop. The prices are shockingly high—even more expensive than Starbucks on the high street—with two small cappuccinos costing £6.80. To make matters worse, the staff wasn’t welcoming and seemed to expect customers to pay whatever they asked without question. They don’t display their prices, which feels intentional, as if they know people might not buy if they saw the costs upfront.

The coffee itself was underwhelming; the cup size was more suited for an espresso, and the taste didn’t meet expectations. Additionally, being charged extra for syrup (a common request) felt unnecessary. For comparison, a similar cup elsewhere costs £2.60. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place due to the poor value and...

Stumbled across this lovely barista a little over a year ago on my way to work (when River the owner was there on most mornings also Mo) then along came Georgie, Victoria and then Cyndie. All of them wonderful and friendly, didn't even have to give my order they always knew what i wanted the carrot cake and the muffins are mwah! The girls are so friendly I always got a warm welcome even at 07.20 of a morning took time to know me on a first name basis and found time to have a chat. It's very much appreciated that you still recognise the NHS staff and make subsides for us. I have now stopped working in the area but if I'm ever in the vicinity in future I'll be sure to pop in. I would recommend this quaint little...
