Nice fresh local food FOOD Nice fresh food prepared, i ordered a Croque Monsieur and partner ordered a Eggs Benedict. Food was hot with right temperature, even though we sat outside, the food didn't get cold immediately. The taste of my vegetables from my dish was nice and I usually don't like vegetables, bread cheese was very tasty. After eating my dish, I literally felt full up, it was very satisfying. For my drink I ordered a Coco Lock which was a very delicious healthy drink. My partner ordered a coffee. SERVICE Service was good or on a satisfactory level. My partner's coffee was warm and bit bit leveled, when we asked one of the waiter about this, she apologised and immediately took it and provided a new one that was very hot. Even though they were busy on this Jubilee day 2022, they took order, got the right order and were provided on time. My food also had I believe 2 hair strands or maybe from fabric, and I saw a piece of egg shell. We took one server and she said she would let the manager know, few minutes later she finished our shift. After waiting some time, we had to let another waiter know and he dealt with it. The manager complimented us, and they apologised about it, it felt like almost everyone knew what happened. The cutlery where all clean, the place was clean and even outside, out table was not clean as my partner had to clean it. It was busy so understandable. Regarding the price, all of what we ordered came to £28 which included two main dish, a cake and 2 drinks. OVERALL Great place to try out different unique dish, plus they are local! Service was satisfactory, food were delicious, and drinks tasty and healthy. I would recommend this place. It is another great addition to Woolwich Eat Outs.

Top notch from me. Popped in by myself around 9:30am (before it became very busy, so head in early) - staff was super friendly. Service excellent, got my large almond late that came very quickly, freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious Egg Royale shortly thereafter. Cannot fault the staff or service. Also really generous portion when it came to the Egg Royale (compared to many other places). I like the fact you pay for food upfront at counter and they bring it (saves you from hassling people for the bill when you are in a hurry to leave!). Only comment would be it is a bit on the pricey side for food (my Egg Royale at £8.95). Coffees are reasonably priced in my opinion (and really great - I’d any day support an independent coffee shop as opposed to another big chain, provided the coffee is of great quality, which it is here!). I also personally don’t mind paying slightly extra on the food side if it’s fresh locally sourced and free range products (as they say on the menu). Overall I’ll definitely be back and thinks it’s a fab addition to the neighbourhood (and one of the only ones that are open early on the weekend if you compare with others around here)! 👌🏼

Great coffee and cakes. Only let down by some of the tables inside that were sticky to touch and in need of a repaint. Other than that a lovely environment, and great to sit outside on a sunny day. Had the full English breakfast recently, thoroughly recommended, only let down by an undercooked sausage. I’ve been back a few times and the sausages have been excellent. Recommend the salted caramel and pecan brownie, not too sweet. I only drink decaf coffee and recommend an extra shot, as without it seems a bit weak. Their loyalty cards have gone virtual with the use of an app which will be more convenient as I always lost the cards before.

Disappointed all around today. ; ( We were expecting more. We are regulars to Jade and usually get the same thing: French Toast with Fruit, Fried Egg(s) on the side, French Toast with Bacon, Sausages on the side, Kale Smoothie and an Almond Latte. Today 14/02/22, it took 30 minutes to get our food and all parts didn’t even get served at the same time. Drinks were served first and my latte was pretty much warm-cold by the time our food came. The French Toast used to be made with lovely sourdough bread and now it’s made with regular bread. Cost cutting I’d suspect on an already £8.50 order. But no where near the taste or quality. The maple syrup wasn’t warmed up either. My egg was over fried on the bottom, crispy and runny on the top - I asked for it medium cooked, NOT runny. Plus, they used to give two eggs for £1.50 now you only get one egg, which means it is an increase of 100%. The bacon was not the beautiful English back bacon but fatty strip bacon. When asking the server her response was “they couldn’t order their usual bacon so ordered what was available.” Which in itself is an acceptable response but she immediately walked off, as not to care. Maybe they had a new cook in, not sure but for the price the food was sub-par. I’d even pay an extra £1.00 for better bread, bring back the sourdough please. Regular bread gives me a stomach ache. Jade was our regular lunch/brunch place in Woolwich but if this standard continues we’ll be finding a new place to get our...

Sadly after so many visit to this place today we were served by a very rude and badly mannered bald waiter. We were told by the door that we could only sit if we were to order from the menu. Fine. Once we ( my wife, 2 boys and myself) were showed to our table, we did not even had the time to remove our jacket and sit that this waiter was rushing us into ordering (1 table was seated besides ours... No rush). When my wife then started to ordered, she asked him about the smoothies for our kids as one of them (smoothies selection) is sour. This man started to explain us that a strawberry is pink and a blueberry is purple ( thanks mate and a banana is yellow). We then ordered 4 croissants but straight away he attacked us and started telling us that we were mention by the door we had to order from the kitchen ! ( Thanks mate but we never said "thats all" we did not finished ordering ! ) Thats when my wife got upset and told him the situation is "s..t". He then started telling us that "he has the right not to serve us" and ran away from the table. My advice, I have been working for 15 years in hospitality, i would not even employ him to polish cutlery. Then another gentleman came to look after us and made it up. I am grateful to this man. If you want to learn about the fruit's colour the bald waiter...
