I have just had a very bad experience with Manoj who advised me he is the 'owner' of the store which was even more shocking, level of customer service was extremely poor.
I walked into the store asking for the loyalty card and proceeded to make my order for 4 Bubble teas and handed over the card right away to have this scanned, I was then told as the order was on the system they could not reward me on the loyalty card. I said I would register while in the store and then Manoj stepped in who advised this cannot be done.
I was dumbfounded as to why he could not put the reward on the loyalty card as this did not make sense, the store was extremely quite and they had not even made a start on my order, I explained my point but he refused, so proceeded with the order.
I had got to my car and realised I needed to order one more tea so went back in made the order, Manoj the owner served me, he did not ask me for my card and right before I went to pay I offered my card which I had just got 10 minutes earlier and he managed to scan my reward for the 1 tea.
I had blatantly caught him lying. What kind of owner is this that lies to its regular customers in order not to get rewards....

I just asked for two iced cubes and while taking the order she didn't deny it and then while making the drink she didn't add it, when I asked her about it she went about how they're not allowed to do it, eventually she tipped off my drink and added the ice cubes. All of that could've been avoided if she would've made the drink the way I asked for. Lastly, the whole drink was bad I know what iced matcha looks and tastes like- the drink she made was watery matcha with a tiny dash of oat milk.
