We organized a group event for 80 people on 16th march Bukhara Restaurant 261-263 Bath Road Hounslow TW3 3DA (under management director Ricky) They provided such rubbish to me that on hearing the name of Bukhara I feel curse from my heart and I feel so angry that there is no limit to it. The handling that he did in front of 80 people made people feel ashamed. We arranged the food in a buffet system, there were about 35/40 people standing in the buffet line. And he was putting food for 5 people from the bowl into the tray, 40 people are waiting for food with dishes and he is serving food for 5 people And due to such rubbish service, people waiting for the food with dishes in their hands, many people did not even eat the food And we started eating at the time given by the restaurant owner Ricky. After 1 hour dessert distributed among 80 people in 2 bowls gulab jamun, Such poor service, 80 people were not supposed to get 2 pieces each, If you serve 1/1 pcs then even the guests will think that such a stinginess was served in the event. Actually we have done many events but Bukhara Restaurant 261-263 Bath Road Hounslow TW3 3DA (under management director Ricky) But it still pains we heart to remember that he gave such poor service even after charging £24 per head. guests were not getting proper service at the event and the restaurant owner Ricky was missing. charged £24 for head and not given us food worth even £10 We stood in line at the buffet and there was no food on any tray even for the guests to eat, We got such poor service from bukhara restaurant that the reviews are 1 to 5, If there were less than 5 stars then bukhara restaurant should have got...

We went for a meal at Bukhara Restaurant as we are always looking for new places to try around our area. The restaurant looked beautifully decorated, very clean and the owners were very friendly. After speaking with Rikki my husband and I decided to have a joint 65th & 60th birthdays party there for around 45 people.

Rikki could not do enough for us, planning the menu, accommodating my every need, making sure the spices in the food would be just how I wanted.

The day was perfect!!!

The decorations and setting created the perfect atmosphere and vibe for our party. My constant requests on the day for either a high chair, extra tables, food for those with allergies, different types of drinks were always met with a smile and nothing was too much for them.

It is just the right venue for our guests who were looking for good food & dancing!

Apart from highlighting the great service by Rikki, Suhil & all the staff I have to rave about the food, which as all Indians know, is the most important thing!! Everybody commented that the food was fantastic, so fresh tasting and perfectly spiced!!! Definitely the best food that we have tasted in any restaurant, and dare I say, have tasted at home!!

I cannot recommend them highly enough & we are all looking forward to future family events...

We went to celebrate my sister in laws Birthday. The waitress was very nice and polite. We ordered food (multiple Veg/non veg starters/dishes) and Veg starters were ok, buy the lamb dopiaza was full of oil and the meat was smelling so bad, it appeared to be very old and was smelling foul. The whole portion was left, as no one touched it. Then we ordered main course and again Veg dishes were fine, but their Kabuli Pullau was terrible, again smelly meat with dead mushy Basmati rice (Afghans dnt use Basmati Rice) no taste of Afghani pullau and smell of foul meat, it appeared, that it wasn't fresh and must have been made 2-3 days ago and was just heated up again. It was my first time and I wouldn't go again , such a BIG disappointment, as I was told this is the same Bukhara owner, who used to have a Banquetting Place in Great West Road, with delicious food,but this place is a BIG BIG...
