Gone down the drain. What on earth happened ? Previous review speaks the truth. I can only assume it's not the same owners anymore. Big Gun had the most scrumptious burgers ... Ordered yesterday and honestly it was bland as possibly possible. Not only basic, it was atrocious. As I was eating it, kept thinking it went from 10/10 to a 2/10. Pointing out previous reviewer only left one bite is silly, of course when U spend the money you will still eat it and besides I don't think it is right to waste food when people are starving in the world. So is it edible ? Yes. Is it good ... Gosh no. Terrible and regretted ordering. If I were this company I would runnnnnnnnnnnn or beg Big gun to share their previous suppliers. Perhaps new management assumed strategy in downgrading on quality would make their business more profitable - terrible idea. Would never order again. Mediocre. Better off going to Amigos, KFC, or Sam's, and I'll even dare say even McDonald's lol would be better off at least for low quality there it's cheap. Big Gun could justify their prices as was top notch gourmet taste. Waste of money. Don't bother with any defensive feedback, perhaps take on board what people are telling you. Excellent food and great service. Clean too. Food was presented well and a nice touch to have everything on these 'chopping board-esque' plates.

Half chicken was tender and moist (grilled to perfection), both in Peri-Peri and BBQ flavours. Sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly and the large rectangular Jalapeno bites were delicious. The wings (flats) were slightly small but nevertheless really good too, as the meat fell off the bone well. All this went great with the garlic sauce dip, provided on the house without charge.

The standout for me was the mixed salad (again complimentary with the chicken meals) with the added pomegranate dressing (lettuce leaves, red onion, sweetcorn, cucumber, chopped baby tomatoes and seasoning) - so much flavour and not what you would normally get. That is highly recommended and addictive. The Strip Me Burger was Crispy and the sweet chilli sauce added to the crunch.

The Pepsi soft drinks were in huge towering glass bottles. I really liked this and not what you would normally find. Better than boring cans.

The experience was extremely bad from the start: firstly because i couldn’t get hold of them because the phone number isn’t workin I had specific instructions I couldn’t leave a comment on the delivery app, once I have received the order it was disgusting to look at the burger box was very grassy and as for the burger the mushroom sauce was tasteless because the mushroom sauce has no flavour!!! the wings packaging was very ugly it came on a bag with the marks of sauce on the package I don’t even understand how can they send an order like this to customers the fries bag again very ugly and the fries very soggy. I wanted the milkshake to be thick but it came like milk liquid!!!! And it had no Ferrero flavour but only vanilla flavour please you can put more Ferrero it’s cheap ! Since you’re charging that much for it ! At the end this was the worst packaging and delivery box I’ve even seen since 2015 !!!!!
