Burger King — Restaurant in London

Shocking service....

For the second time in two weeks drove to this Burger king. First time at 21:00 where I was told they are closed at the till point. I thought I must made a mistake with opening hours. Then again went there today at 5:45. Followed the direction at the door and waited at the queue for about 10 minutes. Another customer also queued behind me. When my turn came I was told the store is closed at 5:30pm. I told them, I actually drove 3 miles to get there and the websites shows they should be closing at 10 pm. I also pointed the fact that no where in the store front says that they are closed. I was pointed at one direction. I went at the entrance to find nothing but the same opening hours as stated on Online. When showing the staff this, I was told to see PROPERLY...and pointed at a table where there was a handwritten note saying store closed for customer. I again told him that this is the second time I have been I your store and for second time I was told the store is closed where clearly they were serving drivers for Deliveroo. The reply I got is get out from the shop. I was soo shocked, same with the other customer who was in the same state as me. I then wanted to make an official complaint but was told to "f* off". I just lost word for a moment and then asked his name and asked for a manager. He pointed his name badge "Muhammad " to me and told me to complaint wherever I can. I couldn't deal with this anymore, so left the store. Never again...never.

Burger king... you should train your managers on how to speak to your customers. I am sure I am not the first customer who will go back to McDonald's...

When we went in we were warned that the seating area was closed and only take away orders were being taken. My husband asked for a 500ml bottle of coke from the fridge as I was having a diabetic hypo and needed Glucose quick to avoid collapse. The guy behind the counter said said no they are for home delivery only... Even during a medical emergency. So my husband requested a cup of coke. The guy behind the counter then tried to keep it behind the counter until he had made the food. Hubs was not having it and leaned over and grabbed it and passed it to me. It had been a quirky set of events that led to this hypo (one of the worst I had ever had) and Burger King employee's obviously don't care even after being told it was an emergency. The guy working there made our food and we went out on to a bench in the wind and rain and eat our purchase. Don't think I will use Burger King in the future. In general it wouldn't bother me but I was quite ill at the time and having already taken Glucose to try and avoid a diabetic episode I realised I really needed more. I didn't expect the guy working there to understand what was going on but when two people tell them it is an emergency I would expect to be listened to. Won't bother asking for help from them again....

If I could give it less than one star I would. Went in a month ago and the manager is stood at the side doing NO work, unless you count screaming and shouting at staff, work. The place was OVERRUN with Just Eat bikers and so actual customers are left to wait unable to put in an order. When you are finally served it was over 45mins before you got your food. Absolutely appalling! Went in again last night at 7.30 where there was NO customers other than Just Eat bikes.... surprise surprise. The staff were absolutely run off their feet and surprise surprise the exact same manager was to the side barking nonsense rather than lifting a finger and helping to lighten the load of his staff. Absolutely appalling! The machines weren't working and the only way to make an order was the approach the till, if you could make your way through a sea of bike helmets. When you eventually got through the staff were too busy in the back making up orders to serve a paying customer. The manager REFUSED to take an order and said it would take 10mins for a member of staff to do so.

Disgusting attitude from the manager. Has absolutely no manners and is rude. The way he treats his staff is abhorrent! The fact they put Just Eat over paying customers is sickening and I'll never go in...
