Subway Bexleyheath — Restaurant in London

At first, I left a blank five star review. However, I knew I had to speak my mind. This is arguably the best subway ever. I've gone to countless stores but I always find myself coming back here (maybe because I live here lol). The service is outstanding, but honestly whenever I go to subway I get one thing ; the nachos! They're super nice. I go there so much that the people literally know my order (I get extra salsa and I don't even need to ask for it they just put it on lmao) and I trust the subway workers in subway bexleyheath with my food, and my life. Poor service and rude staff – won’t be returning

I visited the Subway in Bexleyheath near the clock tower on 15th July around 12:45pm. I was with a young lady placing an order, and while she was telling the staff what toppings she wanted, the worker suddenly put the sandwich in the oven without confirming if she was done, then walked off.

I said “excuse me” about six times to get his attention, and when I explained she hadn’t finished ordering, he rudely dismissed me and said he’d charge extra for the topping she originally asked for. His colleague then backed him up instead of listening.

This was not a pleasant experience, the shop it self look tired and the glass is not very clean looking, that being said the food looked well prepared, unfortunately the bread was very dry and tasted unfreeze on both mine and my sons sandwich we had already left the shop so could not complain. The man that served us was miserable and not happy at all, the thing that shocked me the most and I am sure it goes against the subway franchise is that I order a saver sandwich and when it came to the salad I was only allowed 2 choices.
