It is rare when you come across a restaurant listing standing on the streets and decide to try it out, and it turns out to be a good experience.
Location: It's a Vietnamese restaurant at the end of Hither Green Street if you are coming from Lewisham. We went there for lunch today.
Atmosphere: It's a very quiet and cozy place, with meditation music in the background to relax to. The restaurant has a homely vibe and comfortable lighting. Loved the quotes present on the wall! (I wonder who wrote these?)
Food: We had two chicken pho dishes and a Vietnamese coffee to wash it down. The pho bowls were very fresh and hot, which added to the taste. They were comforting and hearty.

Whilst paying the owner admitted there is only one cook and they can’t cope with a full house. Will we come back again?...

Good selection of meat and vegetarian dishes, from a small menu - always a good sign - including soups, salads, currys and some lovely starters.
They close at 9pm and have a bring your own alcohol policy (£3.5 corkage per person).
We often share a starter and have one main each. With corkage our last meal there was £22...
