Fera Mediterranean Grill & Meze Bar — Restaurant in London

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We have recently returned from 3 1/2 weeks in Turkey, staying in a place specifically known for all of its wonderful restaurants, and Fera is as good as any of them.

We have used Fera twice in the last month (since it opened) as a take away(although we have no hesitation in eating in) and both times it was fantastic. My husband ordered the Combination Kebab (lamb shish and lamb kofte) and both times (so it must be true!) he said it was the best shish he has ever had (and he has had more than a "few"!!) - so tender and tasty. I had the Adana kofte which was also absolutely delicious - you would think it would be difficult to make Kofte exciting but it was seasoned and grilled to perfection. We must branch out and try other things on the menu but our choices were so tasty the first time, we ordered them again the second time. And as an added bonus, everything is sooo reasonably priced.

To have this restaurant at our finger tips and within walking distance is such a joy but it is also well worth the trip if you live farther afield. Well done Fera. You are a VERY welcome and HAPPY addition to the neighbourhood.

ps the only suggestion I have is that I noticed when I was on your website that it does not appear to be a secure site so I wouldn't feel comfortable making a reservation or emailing you on it. If you could change that and make it a secure site, then all...

Last year my wife and I made this a regular place to have a pleasant lunch date as they did such a fantastic 'Lunch' offer on weekdays, noon till 4pm. The 'Lunch' menu was obviously slightly restricted and the portions weren't huge, but perfectly ample for us, especially with the bread and dips supplied. The food has always been good, if not quite mind blowing, and the service always friendly and excellent. Last week we went back with our daughter as it has a couple of outside tables and we still weren't ready to risk 'indoor eating'. Sadly they've discontinued the 'Lunch' offer, but it meant we were able to have a wider choice from the full menu, a bonus for my wife who is quite challenged with her several food intolerances. I have to say that I think they've actually improved the quality of the cooking, which had already been pretty good. It was an excellent meal and, though twice the price of their previous offer, still good value for money. Came here a few days ago with my partner and his parents for dinner. Mediterranean/Turkish food is my favourite food and I have been to many restaurants in London - particularly on the famous Green Lanes. Nothing has ever beaten those until I came to Fera. I had the mixed chicken and lamb shish and find in some places the chicken can be dry and the lamb tough - this was not the case here. The food was absolutely fantastic and the complimentary bread, garlic and chilli sauces were all absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I ordered direct through their website today and though they do not give an option to order bread/sauces I added it in the notes and they did not disappoint! The value for money and quality and quantity of food is outstanding. This will be my go to...
