The family boys whenever in the cafe running it, are a bit feisty and touchy bordering rude. But London is like that these days and its a sad fact. Yep they refused me use of the toilet - and their mum didnt a few days before. This is a sit-down café so I was quite sure they must have a washroom. They denied me washroom use. I said, please I will pay extra 10£ to use washroom as I am desperate. I was met with refusal. I asked what they suggested for my request and they directed me across the street to the Royal Marsden Hospital.
