Whenever I'm signwriting in the area i head into this great little cafe - coffee is ace and their pastas are as good as mama makes!! Really good. Nice family run biz. The down side. The family boys whenever in the cafe running it, are a bit feisty and touchy bordering rude. But London is like that these days and its a sad fact. Yep they refused me use of the toilet - and their mum didnt a few days before. If you are overly well heeled, from public school and expect Charlote St Hotel service and quality this place isnt for you. If you can handle 2 rudeboys then its pretty ok. Rude, definitely not Italian, despite name of establishment. I bought a drink and sandwich and politely asked to use washroom. This is a sit-down café so I was quite sure they must have a washroom. They denied me washroom use. I said, please I will pay extra 10£ to use washroom as I am desperate. I was met with refusal. I asked what they suggested for my request and they directed me across the street to the Royal Marsden Hospital.
