Read moreWe visited honest burgers today. Overall very nice restaurant, amazing burger to me and I’m a burger mad. The service was pretty good unfortunately one waitress has made us unwelcome from the beginning. Since there was no staff around the door so we went in and asked for a table but the waitress shouted at us saying wait outside with a not too nice way. When we placed our order she asked how do we like our burger so I said I would like the burger made well done for the kids one thought there will be an option too but then she pulled an annoyed face with a not genuine smile saying all the kids burger are well done like telling you are stupid to ask. I don’t think it’s a polite way to talk to a customer like that. Also when I requested to swap one portion of chips to coleslaw(which is one of the option on the menu) then she told me “NO chips” with a raised voice. I definitely only asked to swap not having both but her attitude was very rude. She was the one who mainly take the orders. I think her name is monika which shows on the receipt while she brought over our bill. But I have to say other than her the rest of the staff were lovely. Again the food is amazing there worth every penny but I reckon it’s not a fast food place so expect better service as service charge has applied. It would have been a nice experience at your restaurant however particular staff...
Read moreWent there by myself. The service was terrible. I was sat at a group table which was already taken by two people. The staff said that I’ll be moved once a single table gets available. After a few mins, she said there is a table available. It was squeezed right in front of the kitchen and can smell dirty garbage , which makes sense because it was next to a bin. I wanted to move to a normal table where I can dine in without the rubbish smell. But to move a table, I needed to ask three times to three different staffs cos they were so busy or whatsoever. While waiting for a while to move my table again, my food was served and I felt so disregarded with the fact that the restaurant do expect their customer to eat at the squeezed area with the rubbish smell. Right next to mine, there was a empty single table and they didn’t move me right away but let other single table in the hall, which took a while. I also saw that the other customers around got bills right away after the plates were taken bur for mine, they forgot and I needed to ask again. The food was okay but the fries I got were literally so small and not chunky at all with the size of nails except for a few - think I also got unlucky on this one. Not sure whether everything was unlucky or just being discriminated cos I was a solo...
