I first visited Casa Desserts several months ago after coming across it by chance. I am now a regular customer and it is one of my favourite places to have dessert not only in Notting Hill, but in London. They have a varied menu, including crepes, pancakes and waffles, as well as traditional Italian dolci such as Affogato and Tiramisu. However, my favourite dessert has to be their waffles. They are probably the best I have had in London and I have tried waffles at many different places. They are always made perfectly with a satisfying crunch and use high-quality sauces and toppings. My two favourite waffles have to be the Casa Classic and the Lotus Biscoff Crunch. The fresh fruit of the Casa Classic pairs perfectly with the waffle, whereas the Lotus Biscoff Crunch is ideal if you would like something sweeter and more indulgent. The gelato you can have with your waffle is also very good and I particularly recommend the Hazelnut, Pistachio and Salted Caramel. One of the other reasons I keep going back to Casa Desserts is the customer service. All of the staff who have served me have been great. However, I must give special credit to Ali. He is always incredibly friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions that you may have. Even on my first visit, he asked me how I wanted my waffle served, such as how much sauce I wanted and recommended a gelato to so with it. It is these little touches which make a difference. Finally, the restaurant has a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, which is perfect for enjoying dessert at a leisurely pace. The seating is very comfortable and the interior is beautifully decorated. They also have “sister” restaurants next door, Portobello Garden and Saporitalia which serve classic Italian dishes and pizza. I definitely recommend Casa Desserts if you are in the Notting Hill area and fancy having dessert. I always look forward to my next visit.

A Review of Casa Desserts, Saporitalia, and Portobello Garden These three sister restaurants, nestled side-by-side in the heart of Portobello Road Market, offer a delightful taste of Italy. * Casa Desserts: A haven for sweet tooths, Casa Desserts delivers. The affogato is a masterpiece – perfectly creamy espresso meets luscious vanilla gelato. It's the ideal spot for a cozy coffee and dessert break on a chilly day. * Saporitalia: Bathed in warm, inviting light, Saporitalia offers a vibrant dining experience. The menu boasts authentic Italian fare, from pasta to pizza, all prepared with passion. * Portobello Garden: This lively spot has a bustling, pub-like atmosphere that's undeniably charming. Expect a lively buzz and a menu packed with Italian favorites. Highlights: * Authentic Italian Cuisine: All three restaurants serve up delicious and authentic Italian dishes, from classic pastas and pizzas to delectable desserts. * Warm Hospitality: The Italian cooks and waiters are incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. * Must-Tries: Don't miss the bruschetta and margherita pizza at Saporitalia. And for a side dish that will surprise you, try the delightful fries. Overall: These sister restaurants offer a fantastic range of dining experiences, from the cozy and sweet to the lively and energetic. Whether you're craving a quick coffee and dessert, a leisurely Italian meal, or a lively pub atmosphere, you'll find it all within these charming walls.

I became a regular customer of Casa Desserts after my first visit. I can honestly say their Casa Classic waffle is one of the best desserts I have had in a long time. The waffle was cooked perfectly with a nice crunch and the fruit on top was fresh and tasted perfectwith the waffle. I also highly recommend their Lotus Biscoff Crunch waffle if you would like something even sweeter and indulgent. Their customer service is also excellent. All of the staff who have served me have been welcoming and helpful. It is the little touches like asking how you want your dessert prepared and served which make a difference. I should also add that the restaurant was very accommodating with my mobility issue in terms of seating as well. There is also a nice relaxing atmosphere which is perfect for the end of the day. I will definitely continue to visit Casa Desserts, as there are plenty of other things I would like to try on their menu, although I will always be tempted by the waffles.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Service I’ve Ever Had – Thanks to Ali!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I couldn’t leave Casa Desert without shouting out the real star of the night – Ali. From the moment we walked in, Ali made us feel like royalty. His energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth made the entire experience unforgettable.

He didn’t just serve our table — he elevated the evening. He knew the menu inside out, gave us the perfect recommendations (seriously, the pizza was out of this world), and made sure every little detail was spot-on without ever being overbearing. He had this incredible balance of attentiveness and ease that made us feel completely relaxed and taken care of.

The food was phenomenal — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — but it was Ali’s service that truly made the night special. He turned a great meal into a memorable experience. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction.

If you’re coming to Casa Desert, ask for Ali. Trust me – he’s the best. We’ll definitely be back, and it’s all...
