We were served today by Christine who was an absolutely delightful human! We sampled a number of delicious items from the menu including the lamb shoulder, octopus, apple salad, roast potatoes, fritters, baby aubergine and asparagus spears. I had the lemon and ginger mojito and my husband had the orange blossom honey beer. We also had the trio of dips (hummus, red pepper dip and one that was similar to baba ganoush). The food was served really quickly…
I must say the food was bloody delicious! Full of flavour and very filling!! Every bite I took just melted in the mouth. Literally nothing went to waste… the only downside was not having more room in my stomach to sample the deserts!

A walking red flag dipped in pomegranate molasses. We tipped well. We left full. But we won’t be back. You don’t fire the queen of the restaurant and expect the kingdom to stay loyal. Bye Ceru – may your hummus never curdle, and your conscience...
