Dear Management Team
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I experienced on two separate occasions at your establishment.
On both visits, I encountered an individual named Mark, who identified himself as the owner. Unfortunately, his attitude and communication were unprofessional and discourteous.
During my first visit, while I was standing at the till intending to place an order, I was abruptly instructed by Mark to use the self-service machine instead. The manner in which this was communicated came across as rude and dismissive, which left a negative impression.
On my second visit, there was a misunderstanding on my part regarding the reward stamp on my loyalty card. Once the issue was clarified, I immediately acknowledged my mistake and apologized. However, rather than accepting my apology, Mark accused me of calling him a liar — a statement I never made. Despite my calm explanation, the situation escalated unnecessarily, and Mark eventually told me not to return to the restaurant.
As a regular customer, I was very surprised and disappointed by this level of customer service. I believe that situations like this should be handled with professionalism and courtesy, particularly when a customer has already admitted their error and apologized.
It is regrettable that this interaction has caused me to reconsider visiting your restaurant in the future. I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure that all members of the team — especially those representing the business in a front-of-house capacity — are trained to handle customer interactions with respect and...
Read moreOkay but not a german Döner unfortunately! The service wasn't great as well.. the owner was very friendly but it seemed everyone was confused - they made mistakes in my and my friends order as well as in almost every other order that we saw during the waiting time. The bread was different than the original Döner bread, mine was just stuffed with salad and one slice of tomato. The red and white cabbage was missing, as well as the onions in my case (in my friends order they got that right), the sauce was a red spicy BBQ sauce and not the garlic sauce you normally get in Germany, the meat is different but that's also difficult to get otherwise I guess. And instead of additional feta cheese (or in a vegetarian version) they put fried halloumi, which is fine but feta would have been nice as well. In the end mine was just a sandwich with salad and halloumi and that for almost 9£. So, I was disappointed, but to be fair, I'm German and know the original very well and therefore...
Read moreIm happy these guys were open at nearly 3am and the service was top drawer and really friendly concidering how long these guys have been working and my semi drunken state at this time. I stated i went to rosebury kebabs a few weeks ago, and they were confident they were better. I can only say it was avererage, meat was a bit tough, chilli and garlic sauces were too sweet for me, and fairly mild tasting. Meat(mixed donner) was seasoned well(sage?) but chewy, which may not be the case in peak times. Thanks to mark and the team for being so kind but i felt rosebury kebabs chared the donner the kebab infront of me and were angrily confident in theyre food when questioned if it was good quality which i liked and was amusing. Average for...
