I’m a regular at Chaiiwala, always stopping in the mornings before work for my chaii latte, and I genuinely look forward to it every week. Mandeep is the main reason! She’s absolutely wonderful—every morning, she greets me with such a friendly, warm welcome that it feels like catching up with a friend. Starting my day with her kindness and positive energy really sets the tone, and it’s something I’ve come to appreciate so much.

Beyond her amazing customer service, Mandeep makes the best chaii lattes! She has a real talent for balancing the flavors, and each cup tastes like it’s made with extra care. I always order a chaii latte, and every single time, Mandeep goes above and beyond to make it just perfect. Her kindness and warm personality make each visit a little brighter, and her skill in crafting a delicious, flavorful chaii is unmatched. Usman & Umer – Southall’s Finest (Customer Service, Not Chai-Making Don’t Get It Twisted)

First of all, let me clear something up — I was not paid to write this review (though a free chai next time wouldn’t hurt 👀).

Now, let’s talk about Usman and Umer the dynamic duo of Southall Chaiwala. Do they make the chai? No. Do they act like they invented it? Also no (humble kings). But do they serve it with more swag, speed, and customer love than anyone else? Absolutely yes.

These guys don’t just hand you a cup of tea they hand you an experience. The moment you walk in, it’s like you’re VIP. Warm greetings, fast service, jokes here and there, and that smooth confidence like they were born to run the floor.

Honestly, I’ve never seen anyone smile at customers that ask the dumbest question it’s poetry in motion. Michelin should give them a star just for vibes and efficiency.

And let’s be real in Southall, where you can get lost in the crowd, these two make sure you feel seen, served, and slightly roasted (in a loving way).

So yeah, 5 stars for the customer service, the energy, and for making me feel like a celebrity while ordering a karak.
