I recently ordered via uber eats. The issues wasn't with uber, but with creams itself. My niece ordered a chocolate obsession waffle, to be fair everything else was there but the vanilla soft serve and the creams wafer were missing. These are the simple things that come with what you order. How can you miss the basics. Photo to follow I got a kinder Bueno waffle, which the picture displays two kinder Buenos sticks with the waffle but only one was provide and no wafer. I can only assume they're trying cost save at the customer's expense. When ur spending over £10 a waffle, that's actually embarrassing. Will add photo too. Credit due when credit due, my brother ordered the O-RE-O cookie dough. Everything was fine with his order, minus the creams wafer missing (not massive). He got his ice cream and additional soft serve and an additional mint ice cream scoop. All gd. But the simple things that you should get with what you order are not being done and that does make a massive difference. And to be told by uber there is no possible refund or part refund is disappointing as there has been stuff missed that we actually ordered. And I belive this was due to creams staff missing out the items. I get mistakes happen but this isnt the first time. Which i am a firm beliver of always giving another chance to rectify the issues. But they seem to continue. This unfortunately, really stops me from ordering cream from southall again. As I mention it wasn't the first time. Not to mention all the waffles were not even warm, Rather room temp. But considering its delivery I can somewhat understand. But to add on service charges of about £3. This is ridiculous as I didn't get items that come with the original products you sell. Shows the service is not up to scratch. Overall a poor delivery experience mainly due to missing items that actually are ment to come with the product you sell. Very disappointing.

I had ordered a waffle with icecream and had told them I am allergic to nuts, even with telling the staff I’m allergic I was served with a waffle sprinkled with quite a bit of nuts. I thought it would have been crumbled cookies as I trusted there service and it had been out on my reciet 3 times ‘NO NUTS’ in capital letters yet they failed to do one instruction. I never made a big deal and switched waffles with a mate as the staff were very busy as it was Eid and shop was packed. My first bite of the waffle which I had taken and tasted nuts ruined the rest of my day as I was having allergic reactions. I ordered a slush to help sooth my allergic reaction but was waiting for 10 mins and got fed up and had to go ask for my slushy was very disappointed in the slush aswell as I had got it the day before and it was full of flavour but the next day tasted pretty watery. Ruined my mood as well as the rest of my Eid night. Service was very fast with the waffles but a little too fast to which no staff could read any certain instructions. I would have complained on the spot but the shop was too packed to which I let it slide and brainstormed to leave a review in thoughtful and wouldn not want to make a scene in a packed shop. Sort it out!

I recently ordered from Creams Southall through Uber Eats, and my experience was decent, though not without its quirks. The online ordering process was straightforward, making it easy to navigate their menu and select what I wanted. I decided to try the O-RE-O Cookie Dough and the Bueno on White Cookie Dough, both of which sounded tempting. When my order arrived, it was packaged well, and everything looked appealing at first glance. The O-RE-O Cookie Dough was enjoyable, with a nice balance of creamy and crunchy textures. However, I felt it could have used a bit more flavour depth; it was good but didn't quite blow me away. The Bueno on White Cookie Dough was similar—pleasant but not extraordinary. The combination of the white chocolate base with the Bueno pieces was nice, but again, it didn't surpass my expectations. Overall, my experience with Creams Southall was average. While the desserts were tasty and satisfying, they didn't leave a lasting impression. It's a convenient option for a sweet treat, but I was hoping for a bit more excitement in the flavours. I might consider ordering again, but I’ll likely explore other dessert spots as well.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent Uber Eats order. The delivery driver was supposed to bring two items from separate desert places. The app showed that both had been picked up and were on the way, but I only received one.

I called Creams, and they confirmed that the driver still needed to collect my order. When I contacted the driver, there was a language barrier, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. He eventually came back but was unclear about the situation, saying he was going to pick up the order and what was missing. I had to explain it was two different places both showed up as him as a delivery driver and that he had to pick up both the ordered before delivery it to me. As he only picked up one and not the order from the order shop and marked it as delivered.

The whole experience felt very disorganized, and I’ve never had an issue like this before. The driver, Tamim did not seem prepared or able to handle the order properly. He said he would come back to bring the order that he never picked up and never came back. Never had an issue before.

I had to contact uber eats and I received a full refund.

18/03/2025 ( response to the owner)

Dear Creams Owner,

Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate your response, but l'd like to clarify my concerns regarding the situation. I understand that delivery is Uber Eats responsibility, but my issue wasn’t just about that—it was about how Creams handled the situation. When I first called Creams, I spoke to a lady, but she hung up on me, which is unacceptable. I had to call again, and she then told me my order was still there, even though the driver said he had been to Creams twice and left empty-handed.

When I rang up Creams, I was given the wrong Uber Eats contact number, which only made things more frustrating. Instead of acknowledging this, you’re just blaming Uber Eats. My review reflects the poor customer service I received from Creams, not just the delivery issue. A refund doesn’t change the experience I...
