I recently placed an order through Uber Eats with the restaurant ChaskaMaska. The food was delivered in a secure manner within 45 minutes, thoughtfully packaged. Our selections included lamb biryani, dal makhani, and chicken lollypop. Regrettably, none of these dishes lived up to our expectations, and I shall elucidate further. The biryani, as evidenced in the accompanying photograph, was overcooked to the point of being burnt, and while it contained an abundance of spices, it lacked the essential depth of flavor that characterizes this dish. Upon unboxing the dal makhani, a disconcerting scene unfolded, as it was saturated with an excessive amount of oil, which had permeated every facet of the dish. Regrettably, the entire contents had to be discarded. In a comparatively more favorable light, the chicken lollypop exhibited a moderate level of acceptability, though it leaned towards the tangy side and was bereft of significant flavor. In sum, my culinary encounter with ChaskaMaska was anything but satisfactory, and it falls considerably short of meeting the expectations one might have when ordering Indian cuisine.

I have never been to the restaurant but have ordered a few times. Here is what I think about the food. 1) Dal Makhani: This was delicious when I ordered it for the first time. But, the recent order was below average. Didn't taste like Daal Makhani at all. 2) Rajma: It was too tangy and full of chaat masala. I wouldn't recommend it. 3) Chole Chawal: This was too tangy as well. Taste was below average. Wouldn't recommend it. 4) Veg Momos: Again, these were delicious the first time but recent order was not good. The momos layer was thick and dry. The filling is good though. And, the chutney is the best.

I ordered from ChaskaMaska via Uber recently. Food arrived in 45 mins, in a well secured bag. We ordered lamb biryani, dal makhani, chicken lollypop. None of the dishes were closer to the taste. Let me go in detail Biryani - it was burnt, pls refer pic. Too much masala but no real flavour Dal Makhni - as soon as I opened the box it was dripping with oil. There was oil everywhere. I had to throw the whole box Lollypop - a bit decent. A bit on sour side with little to no flavour. Overall, a below average place to order Indian food.

I was really frustrated yesterday because I had some issues with my order and I felt like I wasn't spoken to correctly by one of the managers. However, today I got a call from the same manager (I think Mr. Rakesh) and he genuinely tried to course correct his actions by either offering me a refund or getting the food re-delivered to me today. He also apologised to me multiple times which I appreciate (I understand that the restaurant business can be quite daunting and we all have our bad days to which we succumb). On my part, I'd also like to take this platform to apologise because I was really disappointed for what I received and hence, I may have let the worst of me come out in the argument yesterday.

That being said, I was re-delivered my order today along with a complementary vada pao which was very sweet of them to do! The food was lovely and I would highly recommend everyone to visit chaska maska, specially if you're an Indian who craves authentic street food which is also easy on your pocket.

Great service, great...

Perfectly authentic Indian food with which you can never go wrong! As an Indian it's so difficult to find good Indian flavourful food but Chaska Maska truly offers the best blend of spices and flavours with every mouthful. Go here once and I guarantee you, you would want to go again and again and it will still never be enough! You must try the chilli chicken and dahi puri, it is just heavenly! Along with exceptional food, the staff deserves a special mention too! They are extremely warm and serve everyone with the utmost care! Special shout out to Swetha who made my experience 1000 times more enjoyable! Will 100 percent...
