Verona Pizzeria — Restaurant in London

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!

I placed an order through Deliveroo. My food had an estimated 30 minute arrival time. After 2 hours my food did not arrive. I phoned the restaurant 6 times and they did not pick up once. The restaurant then marked my food as delivered. I have not been able to get a refund as Deliveroo says this restaurant uses their own delivery drivers and not Deliveroo drivers.

This restaurant knows what they are doing and have done this before as you can see from other reviews of a similar nature.
