Chick chicken — Restaurant in London

Would give zero stars if I could. First time ordering here and will never ever order again! Ordered a burger meal and a chicken meal and 2 drinks to only receive a box fall of chicken ,chips and 2 other drinks ,thinking this was someone else order I rung the shop to notify them, they said they was busy and another driver is on the way with the correct food will be about 1/2 mins then 45 minutes later I ring the shop for a update only to be spoken to rudely and put on to about 3 different people to be told well I received more food then I already ordered so basically I should be happy and stop complaining but I told them this is not the food I ordered and I want what I ordered and apparently someone was on there way with my food and they said ok they will get another driver to deliver a burger to witch I replied so the chicken and the chips that was ment to be someone eals I’m now left with and there freezing cold as whole process has been going on for over a hour now and he said well I still have more food then I payed for ! I just accepted this offer as I was fed up and hungry! Will never be ordering from here again the food is awful and so is the customer service! New to the area , and hungry I went into CHICK CHICKEN last Fri 18th Jan 19 at about 7 pm . I am not usually one for fried chicken places but on close inspection this is more like a Tang-fastic! GRILL. Clean , polite , cooked to order. I was impressed. My half chicken with Peri peri was well cooked , super tasty and of generous size, All employees were super busy , super hard working , and polite. And the poor guy on the grill was unabated by such hard work at a busy period. I thank ,the guy manning the till and orders, and ALL THE STAFF , I congratulate them and encourage the owners to look after them and to never drop the standards (price quality service). My family have been customers for many years, but after a couple of incidents we will not come here anymore. The staff has changed and they have a disgusting attitude towards customers, they are rude, not attentive to the order, they cheat and do not give the full order and when they were reprimanded, these workers started yelling and insulting us and almost started fighting. This person who is behind the till should not serve people!!!! Shame on you, previously there was a very friendly staff nice food and we always left a tip.
