Chicken Buzz — Restaurant in London

Great fries. Chicken is hit and miss... sometimes good, other times dry and tough, pink inside. Depends on time of day. Can be a 1 star or 5 star experience. Biggest problem is the lack of regular hours. 5 weeks out of 6 they shut at least an hour earlier than advertised on a Friday night. I guess this is a theme. Tonight they are shut before midnight despite the fact their opening hours are meant to be until 1am. Unprofessional. It is a joke at the end of week and weekend nights to advertise late openings when they continue to close early week after week. If they can not stick to advertised hours they should change. Chicken Buzz was once great, but has become a poorly run, unpredictable takeaway with hit and miss quality. I would expect them to go out of business if they do not...

The food is fine, last summer we had a job going on close to this place so we had lunch here every day leave more than a thousand pounds there. Although, considering myself as a regular the workers didn’t pay attention to the order of arrival and started to take order from someone coming after me. When I pointed it out, they just ignored me so I guess 2 stars is the maximum I can...

It is evident that these guys take pride in their business. The first thing I noticed when I visited was how clean the premises was . They have a 5-star food hygiene rating also which is reassuring. The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the food is very tasty and freshly cooked. Cheaper alternative to KFC and the quality is just as good....
