Went in here on the way home, bought myself a chicken burger, chips, and chicken strips. Got home, ate my chicken burger, looked in the bag. There were only five chips. Went back into the shop, told them I've only got five chips. They said they had mixed up my order. Surely it would be better off to say sorry, we have mucked up your order. Please can you wait for some more chips to be cooked instead of putting five chips in my bag? Asked for my money back, they short changed me. I questioned this, then they did give me my full refund. Will never go back to this chicken shop again as there are better ones on the High Street.

I gave them the chicken strips back and five chips, and they just threw it in the bin. They need to learn...

I'm an American who lived in Tooting for 2 years from 2018-2020 and the spicy seasoning that this place uses on their chicken and chips is the best thing I've ever tasted in my whole life.
