East Ham Kebabish — Restaurant in London

If only I could give ZERO STARS!

Just bought chickpeas curry (white chole) from this place less than an hour ago. I got home to heat it up and it came out the bubbling and smelt awful and tangy. I called up Kebabish to complain of this and have it removed from their counter but instead the person who answered the phone acted like he couldn’t understand English then said to me to speak slowly then he will understand, then second person came on phone and he said I will the other person know, I said to him you work in same shop so act on it and remove that from your counter.

I even asked the person who served me if this was fresh, he said yes.

I have attached the photo how it came out and you can see white bubbles and really soggy.

Won’t go back to this shop again, this was my worst first time experience to this kebabish.

I have to say not all kebabish are same but this one is the worst!

I'm furious. After a long day of fasting my order came and the delivery driver hung my food up on the door handle so when I opened the door it fell all over the floor. I ordered a baby chicken, 3 naans and a half pounder. I ordered additional sauces and all of them opened. My half pounder never arrived. I want my money back. Ridiculous that after waiting to eat all day MY food never arrived. I'm speechless at the HORRIBLE service. I usually order from the Seven Kings or Green St K.O and will be doing that because EAST HAM KO IS A JOKE. I'm honestly so annoyed with the service. The app didn't say the driver is on the way and then the restaurant calls me to say he's outside. I came out less than 20 seconds later and the driver was nowhere to be seen. Embarrassing service

I will never be ordering again.

I always call in advance to place order, so i don't have to wait too long for food. It always busy... i am sure you know if food is good we all go again and again, that's the reason this place is always busy. Lamb chops are yummy with lots of varieties of Pakistani halal food. Staff are very polite and some time under pressure cause too busy.

All dishes are yummy with lots of flavours of Pakistani halal food which brings you back to this place again and again. I travel my self from north London to east London are just to have food from thisrestaurant.

This place open till late which more attraction for all but still order in advance just to avoid waiting
