Went to this place with friends after a long time wanting to try it out. From the outside it's looks nice, when you go inside the decor is really dated and shabby if you ask me. The chairs and tables are really basic, the table cover looks like from a village in the sub continent, some may say it's Authentic, it's not, it's just cheap. The owners really need to up their game with decor. It's doesn't cost huge amount to do up the place a little. That's probably the most negative part of our visit. The rest gets better I promise.
The waiting staff was really friendly, and attentive. The food was surprisingly decent. We ordered a variety of food to share between the group. Chapli Kebab was better then expected, Lamb Chops looked dry but don't let that decieve you, it was very juicy. Kabuli Biriyani was equally decent, Lamb curry had a really nice and unique teste to it, chicken wings was juicy and succelent.
The drinks selection was extremely limited or 3 or 4 variety of canned popular drinks. Really should improve on the drinks choice. The restaurant has a lot of potential to become one of the best in the area, it's very spacious, and a lot of room to be creative. Food is decent, if only decor matched the same standard. As it is I would recommend the food, but go there with friends, wouldn't recommend going there with families, as the standard of decor and atmosphere falls short...
Read moreThe service is appalling. We had invited guests and as soon as the adults finished while the kids were still eating, the waiters started coming to pick stuff up. I didn’t mind it at first and thought it was to free up some space for us but then we got a message that we should wrap up as there was another group waiting to be served. The family sitting across us who had arrived with us, was told the same. We hardly had any time to talk with the guests. When i told the manager, he very degradingly said that he can give us a separate place upstairs to talk. He was trying to convince me on what he did was right. Never experienced this in any restaurant that customers are told to wrap up immediately after food so they can serve others.
The manager and staff need to be trained in another restaurant to learn how customers are treated and know that people don’t come for food only but spend time with guests.
I am sure they would not care about a review due to the low level of professionalism exhibited but it may at least guide other customers before deciding to dine out here. The bill shows the amount we paid but doesn’t mention the items we ordered so it shows the professional again. They take cash only. I hope to point this out to HMRC and the local authority.
The level of hospitality is no more than a take away. Not recommended...

We have been wanting to try out this Afghan-Persian fusion restaurant for a while now. Truly our experience lived up to the expectations, unique vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both families and friends. The menu is thoughtfully curated, with prices that are quite reasonable. 🤑
We began our meal with the Chapli Kebabs and Chicken Karahi, accompanied by freshly baked Naan. Each dish was exceptional, with distinct flavors. The highlight of our meal was the mixed grill platter, which is ideal for sharing among 2-3 people. The kebabs were tender, moist, and bursting with flavor, showcasing the authenticity of the cuisine.🤤🥰
The Kabuli Pilau is a dish we would eagerly return for, as it truly captured the essence of traditional Afghan-Persian flavors. Moreover, the service was outstanding—staff were not only friendly but also highly attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.🥰
Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking authentic and flavorful Afghan-Persian cuisine in a warm and cheerful setting. We look forward to our...
