Excellent vindaloo, good quality meat, decent portions, very tasty and well prepared, with garnish and vibrant flavours. 7/10 spice level, nice and spicy for spice lovers, may be too hot for spice rookies. No option for tikka meat. Naans, average, but tasty. A little on the smaller and thin side, could be a bit puffier, but did the job well. Rice, well made, standard, perhaps a little on the bland side, more seasonings could work, but no issues. Free salad garnishes, mostly raw onion, a leaf of lettuce or red onion would be better. Decided to get a takeaway from this location .I ordered the tandoori (half) chicken , egg curry and X2 tandoori roti. Small portion of salad and sauces accompanied the meal also. The place is small, but it does make up for it in flavour and taste. The tandoori chicken was delicious and I destroyed it and left no traces. Egg curry was a little bit of a let down, as it was a bit too oily. The Roti's were soft and mourish and well worth the price I paid. For anyone who doesn't know what a roti is, it's basically a chappati. The reason I only gave 4 , is because of the oily egg curry and I noticed that they had a three out of five hygiene rating , so not so impressed on that front. This place has the best chicken on the bone chefs special. Don’t mind the negative reviews, if you’re looking for a authentic Pakistani curry then please try the chicken on the bone chef’s special. This is not a Indian takeaway, so am assuming the negative reviews are to do with the thickness of the sauce.
