Club Marina — Restaurant in London

This used to be one of the best Indian restaurants in NW London. Never known for its ambience or charm but the food more than made up for it! However the food both dining in & takeaway has dropped way of the level it used to be, previous every meal (dine in/take out) was 9 or 10 out of 10 nowadays it's 3 or 4 out of 10 at best!? The head chef (who I think doubles up as the proprietor) remains the same (who by the way loves praise but can't stand criticism) so one can only attribute this to his poor customer relations and management which is a great shame as many regulars have now left & not returned hence the drop in standards! The place is gone from having a great atmosphere and always been busy to hardly anyone frequenting nowadays and this can all be attributed to the owners poor attitude. The place & food are missed but not the owners...

Went to Marina in Kingsbury with a crowd of 14 people and we were appalled by the level of professionalism in the restaurant. The waiters sent two beers which didn't taste right so we sent them back straight away to get them changed and the management said they were going to charge us. We pushed back and when the bill came we were shocked to see that we were charged for the beers as well as an extra beer. They therefore sneakily add extra items in the bill and if you don't check it properly you won't know you are being charged. The management and the owner were really rude and were not apologetic for a well established restaurant. This is not the standard of service one would expect and we have been going there for 15-20 years. Clearly with this business loyalty does not...

OWNER HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. We had a terrible experience at this place. After receiving some drinks that were not right, the manager replaced them but we still had to pay for them and on top of that they added on another drink on the bill which we did not order or receive. After spending so much money at this establishment, the owner still did not rectify this, in fact he lost his temper and said that it was not his responsibility. What a joke.
