Food Presentation - The food looks REALLY good, like extremely photogenic. Gotta give credit where its due, because they do a fantastic job of making all their food look pretty.

Taste - Great quality and amazing range of halal served here. They also have a good range of options available in terms of the burgers they serve. The side dishes and milkshakes were all really tasty as well. I ordered their speciality burger "The Burger Bitez" which I'd recommend.

Price - The prices here are pretty good considering the setting, atmosphere and quality of food served. Can't say much outside of that. I do wish they had a customer loyalty "stamp card" scheme though, either way I'd definitely return here.

Lighting - This place is really well lit, plus the lighting is favourable for those who like to take selfies or food pics. I really liked that the lighting isn't too bright or too dim - it was just right.

Atmosphere - The atmosphere here is really nice and chill. The restaurant is extremely pleasing to look at, inside and out. It's also ideal for those looking for Instagramable food and locations.

Customer service - One great thing to note is how the members of staff provide their services with a smile and also give eye contact while interacting with you.

Ordered online and paid as usual for the last couple of months. Now suddenly things changed and they didn't deliver the order because somehow i cheated the website. Basically was told to have sweet potato chips i need to upgrade for menu upgrade or whatever. But if i do that I Basically pay for a fries and drink + sweet potatoes as shown in pictures. Why should i pay for 2 kind of chips and a drink if I want just one? Not to mention it was allowed by the website to order like this. Was told to read the big capital letters but then don't allow this option if you don't want to sell it. All i can say there are other places who accept my money and deliver what i order. No more bitez because it left me a bitter taste even before i eat it. EDIT: few minutes after i left the review was called 3 times ( twice from this company phone number and once from a mobile number), probably to make me delay my review. Didn't you read the BIG CAPITAL LETTERS where it was mention to use my phone number only for order issues and not for reviews or anything else? Or does the big letter applies to me only? I give you a quick tip for how to fix your website: make it required like choose on your own or with a menu thingy for those silly sweet chips potatoes same as you are required for the menu or on its own.
