Cinnamon Village — Restaurant in London

I have been ordering semi-regularly from Cinnamon Village since the pandemic, and sometimes it's great, but sometimes it's almost inedible. We typically order the "Crushed Avo, Feta and Slow Roasted Tomatoes" toast. Starting with the negatives because I have a specific suggestion/request: The bread is often seriously under-toasted, causing it to be soggy, unappetizing and difficult to hold. It is very inconsistent, e.g. sometimes half of a slice will be well-toasted while the other half isn't toasted at all. It would be great if more attention coud be paid to the toasting process. This could be facilitated by adding an option for preferred toasting level in food delivery apps. When the toast is well done, the overall result is great because Cinnamon Village are extremely generous with toppings. In general, more options when placing orders would be helpful. I usually order food from here via deliveroo. The past two times, the coffee has arrived crushed. This last order taken today, they did not give me any maple syrup for an order of pancakes and French toast. There's just a few drops of it drizzled on top of a giant stack of four entire pancakes and two slices of French toast. I actually cried when I saw it.

I saw this place on Uber eats and saw they did a chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich with a choice of bread. I called the place prior as I’m allergic to chicken but love bacon and avocado and although the chicken is usually mixed with the bacon the lovely lady said she’d make me one without it. I received my order and she’d written a reassuring message on my wrapper to say she’d made it without the chicken. I really appreciated that as a lot of places wouldn’t do that and it tasted amazing.
