It's honestly incredibly disappointing that this location (and all other Coco di Mama locations) closes on a weekend because the food is excellent. The pasta dishes are fresh, delicious, and the free condiments (such as chilli flakes, truffle oil etc.) just make them even better. It's a shame that I can never visit more often (basically only during the public holidays) because of their silly early closing times on weekdays and them being closed on weekends.
Excellent food and service, but the people at the head office seriously need to consider keeping all Coco di Mama locations open during the weekend. Every time I visit Coco di Mama on a weekday, there are hardly any customers and I dread to think about the future of this business based on their silly opening times. The solution? Read moreI have had both good and bad experiences here. When it’s good, it’s really good. But when it’s bad it’s bad. So let’s get bad out the way first. And I keep my fingers crossed that it will actually be open on time and that my porridge...

Coco di Mama has quickly become one of my favourite go-to spots for a quick, tasty Italian bite in the city. The pasta is always fresh, perfectly cooked, and served hot within minutes—ideal for a busy lunch break. I especially love their Slow-Cooked Bolognese and Pesto Chicken—packed with flavour and great portion sizes.
The staff are friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed. Plus, their coffee and sweet treats (try the cannoli!) are the perfect pick-me-up.
It’s clear they care about quality and consistency. Highly recommend if you’re after fast but genuinely good Italian food...
