Coffee Couch — Restaurant in London

I visited today and I have definitely found a coffee shop that I will be returning to! They have certainly gained me as a regular customer because the coffee tasted amazing (I got a caramel latte). When I get caramel lattes, I often find it is too sweet, but this was made perfectly in the sense that the coffee wasn’t overpowered by the caramel syrup! There was just a hint of caramel, just the way I like it! As for the atmosphere, there is something really cozy and welcoming about the place. I also noticed a book shelf filled with all sorts of books and toys for children, which is what makes this place so different and pleasantly inviting. The baristas were friendly and accommodating. Service was really fast. The customers seemed to really enjoy the hot food, so that is what I shall...

Ordered a latte then, before they started making it, decided I wanted an iced latte. After rolling their eyes they said yes, but that I would have to pay the extra pound. I say sure no problem, they go ahead trying to charge me the extra pound, but angry that they couldn't because of their system, they take it out on me. They told me next time I come order something more expensive but actually get something cheaper to make up for it.

Rude staff and bad experience overall.

If your system doesn't allow this, don't take it out on me. Also, just say you can't change it because I ordered already, don't change it and make me feel that guilty.

So here it is for Anyone who has yet discovered this Gem in the heart of the O2 .. my daughter introduced me to this wonderful coffee shop, coffee is 1st Class and trust me I'm super fussy when it comes to coffee and then the icing on the cake is there utterly delicious Sourdough Toasties which are totally yummy and having worked for many years in the catering industry I can without hesitation say the staff and customer service is A** It's a must!!
