COLOMBIAN BITES — Restaurant in London

This is the worst place I have ever been too. It's sad because we were really looking forward to eating here after seeing it on tiktok. We were the first ones to arrive on opening yesterday. We ordered steak and spent approximately £50 pounds. We had to wait an hour for them to cook our food which was far too long. This was ridiculous because people that came in after us were already eating. Every time we'd ask them where our food was they'd say another five minutes. Eventually I got my food, but the person who I was with still had to wait, and waited so long that they watched me eat my entire meal before they could even eat. To a point where we run out of time; it had been an hour and a half, and we had to take it away. And they had to eat it in the car. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. This is a lovely hidden gem with good value meals, the chicharron ceviche was delicious and a unique item, will order again. I also ordered the pork that came with fries and salad again, decent portion not huge but for the price (only £14) it was just right, I recommend the pork be grilled a bit less so it doesn't dry out, My husbands beef was delicious and again good value, both meats came sizzing on hot plates, I recommend the fries and corn bread come on a separate plate to the meat as it all overflowed form the hot plate. The food was amazing, and the staff are lovely. The main issue we had was taking my little cousin to a kids party here and unfortunately the host only focussing on the boys for the games and competitions, sidelining all the girls, including my cousin and I thought that was quite backwards. I hope this place keeps thriving because the staff and the food are amazing, but I think the event organised what mishandled in that regard, as it left my little cousin quite upset understandably so, as this is something...
