The ‘manager’ Nas needs to remember he is in the customer service business so maybe hanging up rudely isn’t advisable.

Context: I have been ordering from here since moving to the area and recently started buying dough from them which they have kindly sold to me. Today I called to ask if I could buy some but said that’s it’s ok if I can’t as I understand it’s not normally sold.

Nas rudely says he doesn’t understand what I want (he could hear me, he just didn’t understand because he wasn’t listening) and then hangs up after I repeat it to him???

I then call back asking why he hung up given I am a loyal customer and that I was speaking to him nicely, to which he bluntly fires back ‘we never sell dough’ and then we end the call. Fine to not sell dough as I made clear in my first call but I feel his answer was just his emotional response to me because he didn’t want to actually understand the situation.

He could have nicely said that they’re no longer able to sell it, which I would have been fine with but he answered so rudely when I have literally ordered so much from here and I was being nice???

So anyways, what a shame to lose a customer just because Nas got a bit emotional today and decided to hang up on a customer. For the record this was my go to pizza place when I don’t want to make pizza myself so it’s not just dough.

But above all, weird behaviour especially when it’s not your own business to be playing about with because I did like that I was supporting an Afghan/Iranian owned business but being kind to customers is free. The other staff I dealt with were super...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ! I had an AWFUL experience : I ordered from deliveroo. In my order there was : 1x garlic cheese pizza bread 1x Parma ham pizza (which contains rockets) I specifically wrote in the ALLERGY NOTES, I wanted no rockets. I already had rockets once before this time from them, so I called customer service and asked them to contact the restaurant and tell them not to put it. Customer service said that they would be able to see it. The food arrives, rockets are there on pizza. I felt awful, ignored and I contacted customer service again, saying that is not acceptable. They called the restaurant and they answered: we were not sure where the customer did not want the rockets. Well on a garlic pizza bread you don't put rockets, so doesn't take a genius to understand that I meant the pizza... I am really angry and I did not even get a re-delivery with the right...

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!

I don't want to even give them a 1 star. I am so grossed out right now. I have never experienced this before. I ordered from Just Eat. It arrived quickly. My boyfriend and I were so hungry and looking forward to some good Italian. The spaghetti bolognese was not even hot and covered in cheese (my boyfriend can't eat cheese) but we looked past that because we were hungry...

Until we opened the box of bruschetta pizza. There was long black hair on half the pizza! I was immediately put off my food. We rang them immediately (so a few minutes ago) and the first guy couldn't understand us on the phone. He passed us to another guy who rudely told us to send him the pictures as proof and then gave us his mobile number and hung up.

We sent him the pictures and have heard nothing back... so I guess we'll just have to call...
