Costa Coffee Ilford 3 — Restaurant in London

Hi guys first of all a very good morning to you all. My first and most favourite cafe is “Costa Coffee “. Iv been coming here for such a long time, wherever, whichever branch location it maybe. Your breakfast, lunch and brunch specials are amazing and scrumptious. Your coffees, teas, frappes, herbal teas , snacks, desserts are wonderful and so tasty and perfect. Sometimes when I really need a nice cuppa coffee I always choose “Costa coffee “. You guys rock excellent warm friendly service and lovely smiling friendly helpful fast efficient hardworking peace loving staff. I would love to mention one of your staff “ Sumiya she’s a wonderful warm friendly smiley staff and always so kind, polite, welcoming and caring so very hardworking and fast and efficient. I have in the past reviewed other members of staff of “ Costa coffee they are all warm, friendly, hardworking and amazing even the ones whose names I might have not mentioned they are too warm, friendly, welcoming, fast and efficient.

Aafrina is a very warm friendly lady, and is very hardworking. Her Customer service is excellent, and she welcomes her customers with so much friendliness, smiling face she has. And always makes her customers feel comfortable and makes sure to keep food and drinks fresh at all times. May God bless her more success Amen.

Wishal is a nice warm friendly staff of Costa coffee. Very polite and sweet, customer friendly and helpful. Makes excellent coffee and tea and fresh food. Very hardworking and ever smiling 😃👍

I went to the costa in ilford exchange London ground flour at 2.15pm I stayed there until 4.30pm

Afrina S was by herself from when I was there 2 pm until 4.30pm it was exceptionally busy with families and school children Holliday half term

She was really calm and very good served everyone no customer complained

We all felt sorry for her she was the only staff working today the 16th of February 23

Well done to Afina Sheikh hats off to her for coping soo well by her self

And she was opened they had no staff until 4pm

She should be promoted for working by herself at such a busy time

You need to check the camera she cleaned all the tables made all customer hot & cold food and ☕️ Drinks hot & cold

Worst service ever. I was standing in a queue and the staff literally closed the store saying we are sorry we are closed now. Why would you take in the customers when you don’t want to serve them. Mistakes happen but this type of service i have never encountered. I had worked in retail too in past but never declined or asked any of my client/customer to go back when they were in the queue or standing to place the order. I could clearly see they all were still present and the machines were on and working So i requested for just a coffee which was declined on...
