Worst dining experience of my life. This restaurant is run by frauds, avoid this like a plague. Me and 3 of my friends were robbed by their obscene prices and alleged ‘compulsory’ service charge.

My friend ordered a coke, which was £2 and came in a can. They didn’t even bother to pour it in the glass for him. Worst part is it was part of a multipack, so he paid £2 for something which they probably got for 15p! In what world is a can of coke £2?... I could’ve just went to the Tesco opposite and got a can for a quarter of the price! What a joke! I ordered a ‘ fresh’ mango juice, which was literally the most concentrated juice drink I’ve ever had. It was literally sunpride 1litre 50p carton that they bought from the corner shop, selling it £2 A GLASS. The glass was also 350ml max. These guys are the biggest scammers I know.

When I asked for water, they brought Kirkland bottled water. They purchase this from Costco, costing them NINETEEN PENCE a bottle, they they have the audacity to sell it for £2????? FRAUDS!!! I then asked for tap water, which they simply refused by saying they don’t serve tap water... How can you not serve tap water? Do you clean your dishes with bottled water too? Big joke big scammers big frauds. Not to mention it’s Ramadan and we hadn’t drank water the whole day, they obviously charged us so much for water on purpose, targeting us when we’re most vulnerable the frauds!

Where do I even begin with the service. Our waiter was the biggest cuck alive. He made it so awkward for not just me, but also for my friends, by hitting on his colleague in front of us, failing miserably, then making terrible jokes, and failing to give our starter THIRTY MINUTES later. Of course his game was weak , that guy is never pulling, had the biggest batty boy trim I’ve ever seen too. Please use our service charge towards getting him a better haircut. When thanos snapped his finger, this dudes hairline was the first thing to go. Taxi ride costs the same as our service charge from his hairline to his eyebrows. Not only was he clapped, but also a racist, as he was persistent in knowing what ethnicity I was after I began to question why I had to pay the service charge. What’s that got to do with anything you noob? The smuggest waiter I’ve ever been served by in my life.

We ordered a side lahmachun (Turkish pizza) which came 30 minutes late, even though it was a starter. You’re having a laugh mate. Then they add a service charge of £8 at the end to our bill, which we ask that they kindly take off, mainly due to their poor service, lack of tap water, SELLING ILLEGAL MULTIPACK COKE CANS INDIVIDUALLY FOR £2 (FRAUDS!), smug waiter, upon so many other things that went wrong on our dreaded visit, but they refused. I’ve eaten in top restaurants around London, in which ALL have taken service charge off (if service wasn’t adequate to my standards). Wazir however FORCES you to pay the service charge, which totalled to £8 for us! Upon calling the manager, we realised that it wasn’t just the waiter, but the whole restaurant is part of the scam, and that they’re all frauds. Manager also did not care about the customer, and insisted there was nothing he could do and we had to pay the service charge, so we got double scammed by not only the over priced juice and coke, but also by the most undeserved service charge in the whole of restaurant eating history.

Food was average, overpriced and just standard Turkish food that we could’ve got from any kebab shop.

There was so much that went wrong, I can write another 5 pages on how bad this restaurant is. Do yourself the favour and avoid this fraud establishment, save your money and go elsewhere,...

Large space restaurant, we went on a Friday night which obviously was busy.

GOOD: Some tables were reserved for a big family, almost 20+ people, usually tables are joined from 4 and above. Two people can book or have a table if they want.

When we placed our orders, which was set menu 5, costing £53, that has varieties of dishes in one huge bowl plate: Sharwma, chicken wings, skewers, meat, lamb chops and rice underneath. As soon as our orders were placed, another staff came to bring us our complimentary food such as bread, salad bow, hummus, dipping sauce and another cream sauce.

Bread was nice, but salad not so much because of the sauce they added to the salad made it taste not so good.

We ordered for water, tea, and mango lassi drinks. I don't know what water were ordered however they brought us 2x 1ltr water bottles. The drinks came pretty fast almost within 5mins. Our dish took almost 15s to 20mins to arrive which was perfect as we were waiting for 2 more guest of ours.

We were 6 in numbers included 1 child, and yes the large set 5 dish was actually enough for us. Set 5 menu is meant to be for 4-5 people as it says in their menu. On your table will be a small size plate to pour your food on. Forks and knifes were clean!

I never visited their toilet, to see what it looked like. In terms of parking, you need to read the sign on the restaurant window, because there's a road at the back specified for the restaurant parking where you can park: Mansfield Road. You can enter the restaurant from front or from back.

BAD: The customer service was bad, after our ordered dish came, the staffs COMPLETELY forgot about us. No one came to say "is everything fine? do you need anything or any help". Yes i know it's friday night, it will be busy and customers with large bookings will need attention, don't we all need attention as well???. However I observed the staffs and how they did their jobs. Yes they were walking pretty fast which was good, however each time they served a table by bringing water, drinks, food, spoons; as soon as the staffs were about to walk away they WILL NEVER look up!

This makes it hard for your raised hands or attention grabbing to go noticed. The remaining guest of ours that arrived even wanted a drink, we had to wait almost 15mins just for us to grab a staff attention. She told the lady staff we needed 2 extra glasses. No one brought any glasses for us.....we were forgotten.

We wanted to order some drinks for our guest, but since no one came, they couldn't get anything. We had enough and asked for the bill and ended up leaving without paying complimentary charges. The staffs were not paying attention to other tables, this makes customers to easily eat a food and walk out without paying. Yes that's how bad it was.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone who is celebrating with family or someone who wants to enjoy and merry with guests, because your table might not get the attention you need. Or was it because we were black? and others were Turkish or Muslims that they got the attention? I don't know. However if you just want to have a meal with 2 other friends or with a partner, I would recommend. But if you are having with big guest or family, avoid. It doesn't matter if it is a Friday Night or Tuesday Evening, staffs should treat every tables equal. Obviously, there was no management managing the staffs (if there was, he/she didn't do a good enough job) or staffs were not allocated to certain tables, rather everyone were trying to serve different tables: this is...

We went there for lunch today. Seated by a young lad who answered the phone as he was greeting us! Waitress came straight round even when she'd seen that one of our party had gone to the toilet. The lad came over after and we asked him about the breakfast and he then informed us it is only served till midday which was not stated anywhere on the menu. He took our drinks order only as to the reason that the whole table had to order together. The waitress came back again asking if we are ready to which we answered no. Then she asked for drinks and we told her they'd already done this. Ordered lamb and chicken soup and the persian spaghetti. Lamb soup was good but more like a stew. Chicken soup had curry in it and cut pieces of chicken breast so definitely not your traditional chicken soup. The spaghetti had mince meat, mushrooms and peppers in it. I asked if I can have it without mushrooms and was told that it was a premade sauce. Asked both boy and girl and no one could explain the dish properly. I ordered it anyway. It was very rich in herbs and a bit greasy so ate it with some salad to easy the strong taste, didn't even finish it. We also ordered a rice pudding that was so thick and had too much vanilla in it. Freshly squeezed orange juice was whopping £5,49 for maybe not even half a pint glass. Bread was actually good. Got a small salad and two sauces. The biggest thing for me was that these sauce pots had PLASTIC spoons inside. Tried to ignore it. Well, at the end we got 2 teas and was offered baklava and I said I'd like just one piece. Got given four and charged for a full portion. And baklava was hot at the bottom! The biggest thing that stroke my attention was that the tea came with no plate and with a PLASTIC spoon AGAIN! A third waiter brought the tea on a tray and left everything on the tray rather than serve it to us. I asked him if they have metal teaspoons and he said yes. Some of the side plates were also plastic. So this is a choice! And at the end they charge you 10% service charge whether you want it or not. So all in all not a happy experience. You pay for service that is not there and you pay for food that is served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery. The only thing I'd say I enjoyed is the bread but not sure if I'd return...

Obviously, there was no management managing the staffs (if there was, he/she didn't do a good enough job) or staffs were not allocated to certain tables, rather everyone were trying to serve different tables: this is disorganised.

The only thing I'd say I enjoyed is the bread but not sure if I'd return just for that.
