Costa Coffee. — Restaurant in London

I've gone here quite a few times now and on every occasion the server Jennifer has been short and blunt, very clearly showing everyone she doesn't want to be there. Then today I tried to claim my Costa points with them and grab a large caramel latte, and AFTER taking the points from my account claiming I didn't have enough anymore. That's because you just took them.

After 10 minutes of huffing and puffing and talking to a manager who couldn't be bothered to get up and come talk to me, I then had to pay, and was told there was nothing else they could do. Had to even ask again for a receipt so I could even have a shred of evidence to get something back from head office but I'm not hopefull. Thanks for wasting my Costa points I'd been earning for a while. Awful service, I'll stick with Starbucks in this...

I really love to go in Costa. Everywhere the service at this time so slow because of the COVID and the rules what they have to follow. but in Whitton Very nice and everyone helpful. I would like to say this coffee shop it’s not like the others.. in there everyone very nice.. if you have some problem with your coffee (am talking about the temperature and staff) they gonna be very helpful to say to you they making a new one or they fix it. They have so many rules what they have to follow but you didn’t realise that because they working very hard to keep the smile on them face and be nice with you. After an elderly lady said the weather was cold, one male Barista made negative comments to all the people in the back half of the Costa, about British People 'complaining and moaning for no reason, all the time' and how it is not like that in Hungary. I have loved this Costa in the past but on top of the comments there were no soup bowls or soup spoons dispite serving soup. There was also a misrepresentation of what they have in store. There is a plaque on outside of the Costa, it shows a pasta but they never have it, they do not have a spot for it on the shelf and no price tag for it on the counter.
