The Cavan Bakery — Restaurant in London

I personally have to say that the staff are very pleasant and very polite. The Bread and pastries are the best in the high street. I regularly/ weekly purchase bread and sandwiches . But please supply your staff with disposable gloves, this costs nothing but it would bring your image up. I have seen some time way back staff wearing gloves when making the sandwiches or handling bread, but this was only on a couple of occasions and not always and not recently. I think you should make it your standard policy for staff to wear gloves when handling your products. It will make such a difference and I am sure a lot of your customers feel the same. I have been a customer of Cavan bakery for years and there has always been one fundamental reason I go in. They used to have great bread. The staff are always great but it was mainly the bread. It was always worth the expense for the quality. Recently my multiseed sourdough has been very disappointing. It use to be robust and hearty but now is very soft and squidgy.
