Golden Grill — Restaurant in London

If I could give less I would! The four of us went in to Golden Grill in Whitton for the first time for breakfast and it was a disaster from the start....My tea came out looking like hot milk and the tea bag had been left in it! When the breakfasts came out one of us asked “If the toast was coming” in which the waitress just blankly stared and him and walked off. Although it says clearly on the menu ‘comes with hot drinks and toast free’ we were left waiting until two of the four had completely finished before asking where the toast was, the answer was “you need to ask for toast” why would I need to ask for something that is advertised as COMES WITH THE BREAKFAST!! So no toast for us. My wife’s breakfast stated it came with 2 eggs and it came without any eggs and it was beyond cold, I honestly don’t think they even heated up the beans! When we complained it was cold and it had no eggs, the waitress brought it back scolding hot from the microwave and guess what.....still no eggs! (Let me just add she’s 8 and a half months pregnant and probably shouldn’t be eating reheated meat that’s probably pre cooked anyway) So once again we asked for the eggs and toast for my wife’s breakfast, as everyone now had finished eating! They eventually bought out two uncooked eggs (which she didn’t eat) and finally one portion of toast!!! At the end we didn’t make a massive deal of complaining but the owner was complaining at us as I took pictures of the menu to write a review! The whole thing was a shambles and it’s safe to say we won’t be eating...

First time experience was amazing , being served by one girl very hard working she bring everything we asked , the place is really really nice ,but the second time we went there it was just a big mess and it was actually quiet time not so many people inside,I ordered chicken doner he bring me lamb doner, I sayd wrap chicken shish and wrap chicken doner with only cabbage and onion, and its came in the plate not as a wrap, and with all mixed salad not like I asked, told them that I didn't asked for this asked for wrap and if they can not do the mistake again to put only cabbage and onion that's second time repeated, they changed but they got really upset because I asked to be changed , when the wrap come it was cold and without any sauce inside or in the side it was really dry, also asked for small sizes wraps and come large and again it comes with mixed salad not cabbage and onion only .
