I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Costa in Temple Fortune but I haven't been to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Costa Coffee Shop for quite sometime. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Costa Coffee have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. All of the Staff whom all work in Collaboration with each other are all equally as nice as one another in their own way's and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves. The Earl Grey Tea is very nice and Beautiful indeed. In addition to that the Cappuccino Coffee at this amazing Costa Coffee shop in Temple Fortune is also very nice and Beautiful indeed. Costa is best known for it's Coffee Shop's, specially for it's signature "Mocha Italia" blend and it's position as a leading coffee shop chain particularly in the UK. Costa is known for it's commitment to quality Coffee with a long history of crafting and roasting beans. Costa is a major Coffee shop chain, particularly in the UK, where it is often voted the nation's favourite. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your coffee shop. I have been a regular customer in the area for the past two years, and unfortunately, this was the first time I left feeling genuinely dissatisfied.

First, I noticed something in my sandwich that clearly did not look right. When I raised my concern, I was told it was a “burnt cheese,” but it did not resemble that at all. It was only after my reaction that I was asked if I wanted it replaced. While I appreciated the offer, I feel such issues should not occur in the first place.

Secondly, I couldn’t help but notice how unclean the tables were. The café was not busy, and with several staff members present(2), I would have expected at least one of them to attend to this. Cleanliness should be a basic standard in any establishment, especially a coffee shop.

Finally, when I asked for a tissue, I was given a blue roll instead. As a customer , I don’t think it is appropriate to be offered something that looks like it belongs in a kitchen rather than a café. A place serving food and drinks should always have proper napkins or tissues available.

The Cappuccino Coffee at this Costa with Chocolate Sprinkled on is Beautiful and very nice indeed. The Earl Grey Tea at this Costa is Beautiful and is very nice as well. The Cakes they sell at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Costa are truly amazing. All of the Staff whom all work in Collaboration with each other are all equally as nice as each other in their own way's and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves. The Owner of this Costa Employ's very reliable and trustworthy and dedicated staff with good communication skills to come and work at this Exceptionally Beautiful Costa in Temple Fortune.
