Visiting from the US and staying at an Airbnb close by. Found this place on Google maps and the fact that it didn't serve food must have meant it was a great pub. Walked in and there were a decent amount of locals and a couple football matches on the tele. Sat down, Marlon poured us some pints and we started chatting with the patrons. Everyone was super friendly, and even more so as the night went on and more drinks were poured. We wound up staying until closing, which we hadn't planned on doing, but would've stayed even longer if they didn't close up. Have to shout out locals Pete (it was his birthday) and his wife, Noreen (have fun at Radiohead with your son), both whom talked to us for quite a bit about our trip to Europe to follow a musician around. A great range of keg beers and a couple of casks, including TTs golden best for them that do. Two bars and a tiny courtyard ( ex parking place).
