A Triumphant Return to Thai Dining at Phakoon Thai

After a long hiatus from Thai restaurants, Phakoon Thai has completely rekindled my love for the cuisine. What a fantastic evening! Every dish we sampled boasted its own distinct and memorable flavor profile, a refreshing change from many unpleasant Thai restaurants out there.

The Crispy Golden Bags were a highlight—perfectly prepared and delightfully grease-free. The Chicken Satay was equally impressive, offering a wonderful smoky curry flavor and incredibly tender chicken.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the steamed sea bass fillet with ginger and the tamarind Silken tofu, both exceeding our initial expectations with their delicate yet impactful tastes.

Beyond the exquisite food, the overall experience was truly exceptional. The service was natural and perfectly attentive, never feeling intrusive. It was clear the staff were genuinely happy and eager to please, which added significantly to the welcoming atmosphere.

As a gluten-intolerant diner, I particularly appreciated Phakoon Thai's excellent accommodation. It's a huge relief to find a restaurant that caters so thoughtfully to dietary needs without compromising on flavor or experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened Thai restaurant, "Phakoon” and I can confidently say that it is a fantastic addition to London's culinary scene. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the start. They were more than happy to explain the menu and recommend dishes, which was a great help for those of us who aren't deeply familiar with Thai cuisine.

What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in every dish – you can tell that the chefs use high-quality ingredients and have a real passion for their craft. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, making it great value for money. Overall, I highly recommend "Phakoon”" to anyone looking for an authentic Thai dining experience in London. Whether you're a fan of Thai cuisine or trying it for the first time, you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!

A wonderful Thai restaurant with authentic Thai tea. I am so glad I took the plunge and visited this restaurant I should have known why it was always busy. I came here with one of my friends on a friend dinner date and I would highly recommend. We ordered the vegetarian starter platter and it was a good mix of foods for us to try. We then both got the pad Thai, I had chicken and she had tofu. The chicken does also come with tofu however I will say the tofu came with additional vegetables which I was envious of after trying the vegetable tempura which was 10/10. We then both had mango desserts and the only thing I found weird was my sticky rice was warm when it came out which I had never had before it was still delicious just means it was fresh.
