Creams Cafe Shepherd's Bush - CHRISTMAS DAY THROUGH TO NEW YEARS DAY!! — Restaurant in London

Came here last night with my mum and son around 20.30 and ordered a waffle with strawberries and green tea. Without exaggerating i waited over 20 minutes for 1 simple order. The lady who took my order had completely forgotten as they were all too busy taking online orders. I looked at my fone and it was about 21:10 and when i walked over and asked her how long it will take she said about 5 minutes and after a minute came to my table with a cold waffle that she had clearly forgotten to bring over and forgotten my strawberries. When we finally started eating there was maintenance happening while we were trying to eat. I could not believe the amount of noise going on at that time of night. The first order i made was for my son and i wanted him to eat first as he is a toddler and wanted to order for me and my mum after but the service was so appalling we quickly ate and just wanted to leave. I did not say anything to any of the staff as they were all very young but whoever runs this place needs to seriously take better care of their staff and costumers and teach their staff better costumer service. Aso the counter behind looked so messy i noticed there was milk out on the counter and it had spilled everywhere. I also noticed a family who ordered and i noticed they sat down a few table next to us and it seemed they ended up asking for a refund and left for waiting too long. The supposed "manager" of creams on the 26th of September algerian with sickbay hair, and olive skin colour was very disrespectful, he had very bad service to my mother and sister in law they entered the shop by themselves and asked if they could sit on a big table so that they could reserve it for out large family, while me and my father and brothers went to pray one of out 5 daily prayers. Then 2 families got to creams and said they would like seating, he offered them seats at the back, but they refused so he said they could sit where my mother and sister in law were, they then went to sit on a table by my mother, he then went on to pull the chairs and table from beside my mother's table to their side, my mother told him not to yet he continued, he took advantage of my mother and sister in law being by themselves. When we got to the store after we prayed we found my mother crying due to his lack of respect, I approached the staff to ask for his name to leave a bad review and they said they wouldn't give it, I then went to ask who the manager was because I wanted to talk to him, they said that he was the manager, and I'm assuming they didn't give his name because he told them not to. I am here to complain because I was going to invite my father and family out, for my father's birthday, the great creams, left us with nowhere to go and a traumatising birthday, I will never forget this experience and how he made...

18/04/2022 - roughly around the hours of 18:00pm-20:00pm Absolutely atrocious, from the customer service I received towards the end coming into contact with a member of staff/acting supervisor or manager to the false advertisement of the menu!

Coming into this restaurant there was no one to greet us at the door and give us a seat so me and my family had to use our initiative and seat ourselves at a table and shortly after find where the menus are as there wasn’t one on the tables.

After my order was placed and paid for. I was told that they were out of Oreo overload sundaes, Creams knickerbocker glory sundae, and the Bubblelicious sundae so I had to make new order.

after receiving my refund and re-ordering I expected everything from there to run smoothly, however this was the beginning of the disappointing, horrible, experience I had.
