First experience to any creams.

Order a sticky toffee pudding and an apple crumble. Sticky toffee pudding came out cold, so I asked for it to be sent back and have another one made. I’m the mean time, my apple crumble arrived… to my surprise, COLD too. As I’ve turned to ask a member of staff to take this away also, I’ve noticed the manager standing close by so asked if there’s a reason why they don’t check there food temperature before it goes out. His response was less then admiral and stated that it’s not compulsory as there programs in place should be correct to make sure the food is cooked. loooooool which I replied with it’s obviously not working as both my hot dessert came out cold. Imagine my sticky toffee pudding came back half way through this convo. It was the same one I gave back with a spoons worth missing from it… they literally reheated the same one I gave back to them. The manager then went on to say that if we change the program then it might be over cooked hahahahhaa

Safe to say I’ll never go...

Unexpected surprise to arrive at 21:30 and to be rejected to be served despite the place was closing 22:30. ( as it was advertised online)

The staff was already cleaning the floor and had all tables set aside , clearly preparing to close . We were told that we can order for take away but we cant sit.

Very disrespectful from the staff to kick us out because they wanted to leave earlier and very irresponsible from the manager to allow such a thing.

I worked in hospitality management for years and while I understand that staff might be tired sometimes, i also understand the importance off professionalism and customer service. You should not advertise wrong closing times if you are not in position to fulfil your...

Don’t come here unless you want to be served by rude teenage staff who will basically throw your food at you and make you half hearted desserts - Waffle burnt😨. Honestly didn’t expect such unprofessionalism and rudeness from workers when we hand’t even spoken to them yet. We were greeted by a miserable lady who was wearing gym shark leggings and straight of the bat she began the conversation with attitude for no reason. She then proceeded to throw our cutlery in our takeaway bag which we later discovered some suspicious red substance stains on the tissues. She threw our food at us and walked away; absolutely horrible service, you are better off going to any other...
