Curry Express — Restaurant in London

I visited this take away resturant today for eating. I have ordered 1 lamb biryani and 1 chicken biryani also 2 cane of coke. They gave me chicken biryani after few minutes i think it was last plate of finishing but it wasn't hot enough and i tell them to make warm pls be sides too much oil in it which is very bad for the health. I have eaten little chicken biryani. They took long time to give me lamb biryani when we were eating then hair comes from the lamb biryani plate then I showed them. They said give me that plate so I gave them plate back. They said we ll give you an other plate. Again they took long time to give me lamb biryani but lamb biryani plate was full of bones not enough meat. They are not hygienic. Hygiene is very important in any of business especially in take away & resturants. My point of view lamb biryani bit expensive because with full of bones. I was so disappointed also customers service were not good. They didn't say even sorry I have realised I ve should walk out. They don't know nothing about customers service. If i have a take away restaurant then I wouldn't charge them any of amount because it was our fault I definitely say sorry to customer but they didn't This is basic things of business They didn't have any manners also don't have skills for customers service. They don't have smile on their faces. They are rude and greedy for money. I think they should learn customers service before opening resturant or take away. They should learn basic things for the customers service. I'm not happy from this take away resturant at all. I will definitely not going back to this shop again. I will not recommend to anyone. I had the worst experience ordering from Curry Express via Uber Eats, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place! From start to finish, everything about my order was a disaster. Disgusting, Inedible Food – The moment I opened the package, I was hit with a strong, awful smell. The food was clearly not fresh, and it was so bad that no human could eat it. It felt like they had used old, spoiled ingredients, and the flavors were completely off. Horrible Packaging & Leaked Food – The food arrived in a messy, leaking package, making everything inside the bag greasy and unappetizing. If a restaurant cannot even pack food properly, it speaks volumes about their hygiene standards! Extremely Late Delivery – The delivery took way longer than expected, and by the time I received my order, the food was cold and disgusting. Clearly, they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Unhygienic & Low-Quality Standards – Based on my experience, I highly doubt this restaurant follows basic hygiene or quality control. The smell, the taste, and the overall presentation of the food were beyond unacceptable.

Final Verdict: I highly discourage anyone from ordering from or visiting Curry Express. If you value your health and money, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I recently ordered butter chicken from Curry Express, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. As someone familiar with authentic Indian cuisine, I found their dish to be far from the mark. The so-called "butter chicken" was nothing more than a regular dal, lacking the rich, creamy, and flavorful profile that defines this iconic dish.
