This venue has recently cropped up in Acton Vale, replacing a fairly B-Grade Chinese buffet that used to occupy this spot. After a few years during the economic downturn of plenty of empty shopfronts and the usual atmosphere-sapping endless line of fried chicken shops and betting outlets, there seems to be a few new interesting venues opening in this corner of West London.
The decor is fresh, colourful and vibrant, with classy red leather benches, and does indeed speak of the American diner vibe they are clearly trying to achieve. The staff were welcoming, and the menu contained all of the usual suspects - full English and brunch options, seven varieties of beef burgers, hot dogs, nachos and a nice choice of fresh juices and shakes. The also have some vegetarian options, and the menu states it is Halal if that is an issue for you either way.
As someone who likes to have a beer with my burger, I was slightly disappointed they don't have a license, but the burger was well-cooked and tasty. My companion enjoyed a roast veg pan with fried eggs, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It wasn't the most-prompt service for a diner, but it wasn't so long as to be upsetting.
They also offer a 10% discount to teachers, NHS and emergency service staff, so that could be a draw if you benefit.
Overall, a nice venue, and a welcome addition to Acton Vale, and worth a visit if you are in the mood for some...
Read moreSo I walked in this place with couple of work colleagues for a quick bite. The young lovely lady came quickly enough to take our orders, which were 2 burgers and a chicken wrap which was what I ordered, with few drinks. I can’t vouch for burgers as my colleagues ordered them and in fairness to this place one of my colleague liked the beef burger, tho I was surprised that they were not asked how would they like their beef burgers, medium or well done. However, my chicken wrap tho it looked nice, had such a big amount of salt added to it that after the first bite it assaulted my palate and I left the whole wrap uneaten. I just asked for a takeaway box as I felt bad to leave it there on the plate since I was a guest and my colleague was treating us, so I made the “not very hungry I’ll eat it later” excuse hence my takeaway request. I agree that taste is subjective but this amount of salt or salty sauce or whatever it was, was beyond subjective. I can see this establishment has got 4.5 stars and maybe they deserve them, but on this occasion, the food was a let down or shall say the super...

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Dada's Diner for lunch, with our little one in tow (safely tucked in the buggy). From start to finish, the experience was superb.
She ordered the chicken and waffle meal, while I went for the Philly cheesesteak—both were absolutely spot on. Flavourful, generous portions, and clearly made with care. Even the drinks we ordered (names escape me!) were on point—refreshing and well-paired with the meal.
What really stood out, beyond the delicious food, was the ambience and service. The diner wasn't overcrowded, which meant we had plenty of space for the buggy and didn't feel like we were in anyone's way. The staff were friendly and attentive, happily providing cold water for our child without fuss.
It’s actually our second time visiting, and once again, Dada’s didn’t disappoint. Warm vibes, top-tier food, and thoughtful service—it’s safe to say we’ll be back again soon.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed spot with proper food and...
