A Complete Disaster – Dear Darling Club Ruined Our Night

If you’re thinking about going to Dear Darling Club, don’t bother. Our night was completely ruined by this place, and we won’t be back. We arrived with high expectations, hoping for a night of great music, atmosphere, and fun with friends. But what we got was two hours of standing in a freezing line, disrespect from the staff, and utter disappointment.

Let me break it down:

Ridiculously Long Wait: We stood outside for two hours. Two hours! We were patient, thinking that maybe the club had a great atmosphere worth the wait. Little did we know it was just a tactic to keep people standing outside for the sake of looking “exclusive.” Rude and Dismissive Staff: After two hours of waiting, when we finally reached the front, we were told the club was “at capacity” and they wouldn’t be letting us in. No apology, no explanation—just a straight refusal. It felt like a huge slap in the face after waiting for so long. It was clear they had no regard for the people who’d been in line. Overcrowded and Mismanaged: We could see from the entrance that the place was completely packed, like sardines in a can. Clearly, they had oversold the space and just kept us outside to keep up appearances. They’re more interested in building hype than actually ensuring a good experience. Total Waste of Time and Money: Not only did we waste hours waiting in line, but we spent money on transport and drinks before, expecting an actual night out. Our evening plans were ruined, and we were left with nowhere else to go at that hour. It completely killed our mood and cost us an entire night of enjoyment.

Dear Darling Club needs to get its act together. This club is more interested in creating a “cool” image than providing an enjoyable experience for its customers. If you want a night out that’s worth your time and money, skip this place. Don’t fall for the hype—they don’t deserve your time,...

My friends and I recently visited dear darling for Halloween. All of us were guest listed, and we arrived there right on time at 11 o’clock when the event was supposed to start. We stayed in the queue for about an hour and a half, and we kept trying to talk to the security guards, telling them that we need to use the bathroom urgently and they did not try to help us at all. My friends were actually struggling in the queue and it wouldn’t move. After an hour and a half of us getting to the front, they just told us that the venue is full now and they can’t accept us and that we need to go home. It was so frustrating for us, especially because we commuted from another city just to go to that club for Halloween. We were so excited and they totally ruined our night. The worst part about the whole situation is that they didn’t even give us a good explanation on why they’re doing this to us. They only said that we should’ve come here at 11 and that’s why they can’t accept us even though we did arrive there at 11 and it’s not our problem that they took that long to send us in! This is the opposite of customer service. Somehow, They were sending so many other people inside the club and we don’t know why they would reject us, even though we were guest listed. Generally, the whole experience with the security guards and workers was horrific since all of them were actually very rude and unprofessional. One of the security guards was shouting at me just because I stood in the corner of the street for a second, telling me that I should stay in the payment whiIst shouting at me! I would absolutely never step my foot in that club again and I hope no one else makes this...

What a phenomenal experience last Sunday! The staff here is beyond attentive—the moment your glass is empty, they’re already there, ready to refresh your drink. The level of detail and care in their service goes above five stars, making it clear why this is the #1 club in London.

Big thanks to Renato for creating such a special atmosphere and to Miller for keeping the floor perfectly managed. Every table is looked after with such care that you feel right at home. From the security team to the table attendants, everyone adds to the welcoming vibe by greeting guests personally—it's a wonderful feeling to be so well looked after.
