This is for Bermondsey Dominoes, I ordered a delivery and the delivery guy refused to bring it to my door. I had ordered previously and delivery has been straight to my door two weeks previously. I phoned and asked to speak to the manager as i wanted verification as to why i had to come all the way downstairs and out to the front gate of the estate. The manager put the phone down on me as i said that there had been no problems deliverying before what/why was there a change. She refused to give me an answer and put the phone down. Im usually a quiet person but as i had a stroke I do get upset a lot more, i thought she was not trying to resolve the issue.
I have stated that i will never order from Bermondsey Dominoes again. The so called manager needs to go on a Customer Service training course.
As a manager she should have tried to resolve the complaint and apologise and explain that their procedure had changed. If she had done that there would have been no problem (what could i say). She was very nonchalant and dismissive and this got me riled up even more.
The manager on friday 12 March 2021 should not be a manager. Go on a Customer Service Course. Customer Service is abismal, totally non existant. If i could give a ZERO I would. Disgusting Sevice.
I want my money back. I have been getting delivery from Bermondsey Dominoes since it opened and this is the first time that i have had to complain about management.

Iām Muslim so always order tuna and sweetcorn with potato wedges and garlic pizza bread. Today I order the same order and they had run out of tuna. Instead of calling me and telling me like they have done previously they decide to send a pizza containing chicken. Iāve not seen they sell halal chicken so Iām not going to just believe itās halal because a man over the phone is telling me it is. I also didnāt want chicken as I donāt eat meat. The man told me the tuna isnāt halal so in other words itās fine for me to eat the chicken. Tuna is fish not meat. So the staff in store need to be educated better. I told the man I want a refund he said a driver will come collect the pizza and I will get a refund within 3-5 days. He also refused to give me his name. He finally gave me a name but I donāt believe itās his real name. The driver came to collect the pizza who also stated heās new so he doesnāt know the man name who I spoke it. He then gave me the managers name. I will be taking this matter further because these kind of things should not be happening. If I was allergic to chicken and ate it things would be very different now. So please make sure you check your food if you order from this branch because clearly they donāt care what they...

Then I called the branch to find out what exactly was going on, and they confirmed the order was already out and delivered, which was very confusing š. Mean time, he said he will check with his driver and call me back in a minute, but didn't get back to me until I call him again after 7 minutes. His response was ow sorry the driver is not picking up so, don't worry we will make sure he will be there shortly. This is really concerning and uncomfortable situation š as I didn't know whether they would give it to me from already delivered to a wrong address or planning to make new one. Either way, I didn't feel comfortable to eat this food and asked to cancel the order and refund my money back, and he agreed to do so without any hesitation and apologies. I had to order my food from somewhere else. After 10 minutes the driver comes and explains to me that the shop just gave him 5 minutes ago and acted as if he didn't know anything about this delaying and dramatic scenario(clearly something is not genuine and fishy š).
Hopefully domino will sort out this mess, especially lack of accountability, training and communications of the staff as they're...
