Please stop Domino's drivers make our lives a misery.
Your drivers repeatedly use Ford close park as a courtyard to park their cars, thus avoiding get parking tickets by wardens on Roman road. They are trespassing in our courtyard, they also regulary block the entrance to the courtyard causing a fire hazard.
When I asked one of your drivers to move his car, putting it to him, that he was trespassing and blocking a fire exit, he laughed and told me there was no fire. It is the 2nd time I have talked to this driver in the last few weeks, on the 2nd occasion he became angry and told me:
"I could f##ck you up, I thought about F##cking you last time too"
A neighbour of mine and another Domino's driver witnessed the whole incident, the driver then re-parked his car in a different position still blocking the entrance. I phoned the police reporting the crime that took place and eventually the driver reluctantly moved his car. Unfortunately my girlfriend and youngest daughter (4 years old) also go to spectate this horrific incident.
On another incident a few days previous a family friend of ours, was trying to pick up his child from our house. My friend had 2 other small children in his car, a Domino's driver was blocking his entrance to our courtyard, when our friend asked politely to move, the driver shouted back, in his face:
"Or what????"
This threat/incident was also reported to the police. We have photos, witnesses and crime reference numbers to back up all of the issues I have raised.
I have talked to the Manager at Domino's on Roman road as recommend, the manager made a promises that he would talk to the drivers and make it clear that they should not park their cars in our courtyard. Regardless of this, the abuse rolls on and on.
Please stop your drivers from illegally blocking the entrance to Ford close. Please stop your drivers form illegally parking inside Ford close. Please stop your drivers from using threatening and abusive behaviour. Please stop Domino's drivers make our...
Read moreAbsolutely diabolical. Bunch of people who cannot cook pizza’s to save their lives, they also need to work on their staff members, time to revamp the rude chav who answers the phone chatting rubbish and just being an obnoxious chav as usual probably. So rude, I’m not surprised dominos receptionist on a Sunday night is the only job she can get. I would never employ someone with her attitude, absolutely awful customer service.
This particular store consistently take 1-2 hours to deliver food, they are consistently freezing cold pizza’s and they contaminate every single pizza. We are routinely finding different things on our pizza’s and having to ring up for a replacement (which they do give), however this has happened at least 5 times as a minimum within the last year, and they are the ones I have SEEN! Imagine the ones they accidentally drop and then pick up without changing the pizza. If someone with an allergy to onions ordered a plain pizza and upon receiving their pizza, they unknowingly consume a slice with hidden onion and dies, there would be a lawsuit on their hands. However, it is perfectly acceptable to spread meat all over the pizza despite people’s personal beliefs. The woman even had the audacity to insinuate that it was our fault for ordering from them because they have meat on their menu. She was so rude and thick, she couldn’t understand that it was their sloppy work that resulted in the contamination, they should be...

They mention in their t&cs "We strive to maintain our excellent reputation for on-time delivery. However, unfortunately, things do not always go to plan and factors such as the weather and traffic conditions may occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
Delivery isn't easy - but we've had a lot of practice in getting it right. That's why we don't support the use of third party delivery service companies to deliver our food. Trust the experts. We like to deliver the pizza ourselves as it allows us to maintain high standards and ensure that you are delivered a piping hot pizza.
Our Franchisee will do its best to fulfil your order in accordance with the date and time confirmed to you at the time of your order."
Please explain why after trying to call you numerous times, noone has picked up, and for waiting for so long, and our tracking device having not moved since ages - we are not getting any updates on their side about the delays they are experiencing - if at all - from their side. Are there weather and traffic conditions inside the kitchen?
I would appreciate it if Domino's Bow could be more prompt - I've lived across London and have ordered at various different Domino's across the city, and this has got to be by far the slowest of all.
I'm starting to wonder if the Domino's Bow has only one man doing...
