I don't really ever leave negative reviews, and this kind of hurts me to write this because I initially really liked this place. I first went here when it opened and really liked it and would go occasionally for a coffee or one of their delicious biscuits. Some weeks ago, however, I went in with my partner and ended up spilling a smoothie all over myself and the chair by accident. I immediately got up, apologized, and started cleaning and trying to help. The person who runs the place was visibly upset, did not once ask me how I was, and instead was snarky, replaced my chair with an uncomfortable plastic chair, and then was unfriendly the entire time we were there, mentioning several times to his coworker within our earshot that his chair had been ruined, and refused to return our smiles or interact with us in a normal way. It really left me quite upset and I don't think I will be going back to what always seemed like a...
Read moreI recently visited Jungle Electric in East London, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere is brilliant—full of lush plants and quirky decor that gives the café such a relaxed yet vibrant vibe. It’s the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with a mate.

The two behind the counter were complaining under their breath about us not having ordered enough. Judging by this and the sign in their bathroom, the space isn't remote worker friendly. So disappointing. It's not like we were taking up tables that would otherwise be occupied by other people. Instead of staying for lunch we ended up just leaving. The dumb passive aggressive attitude just turned us off. Seems like this is a little-bit of a trend after reviewing other comments. They should honestly just create separate laptop only spaces in the back if it's that big of a deal. They definitely have the...
