Not one to complain but had share my experience . Always had good Pizzas from Dominos but I do usually go to the Hillingdon branch. The Ickenham branch don’t seem to know what goes on their own pizzas. Can’t eat bacon but they added it anyway even though it clearly says on the info that my chosen pizza does not have bacon. They got the crust type wrong, but I can deal with that. I was livid. I complained. First guy put the phone down on me. Got through to the manager 2nd time. He was terrible. Tried to fob me off with another pizza but was going out so could not take it. He offered me half the money back on a pizza I could not eat. He put the phone down on me too. What if I had an allergic reaction. He would not see how serious it could have been. Complained through Dominos site. Didn’t realise it went to the branch. Manager phoned me up in the middle of the day, still justifying his actions. Give me a break. Just accept you made an error. He eventually agreed to refund me full amount but he still felt he did nothing wrong. Don’t phone me back if you are not going to apologise. Mistakes happen, accept it. I would have accepted a sincere apology with them accepting their error. Mistakes happen. And of course I would have ordered from them again. Complained to head office. Avoid this branch. Manager loud and obnoxious. 26/04/18- Just received a call from area manager and he was extremely understanding. Dealt with the issue as it should have been done at first. Refunded me plus given me a voucher for my next order. And more importantly, a proper apology. And will speak to manager and advise him how to deal with complaints properly. Happy that it has been sorted. Top marks to Area Manager. Will reassess my review after next order. 11/05/18- Went to order my pizza with the credit I was told would be waiting for me. NO CREDIT on account. Useless. Think I will stick to Papa Johns. Make better pizzas anyway and have always gone out of their way for me. Taking...

Me and my mum we had two times ordering on delivery to be brought at the front of the door and I'm afraid that it didn't happened. Like, it happened again...

Even tho the pizza came on time, it looked decent and we had calls from delivers, the man never bothered to come straight inside of the building and bring the pizza to our door. He was very insistent to come down stairs and get the pizza for him, even he planned to give our pizza without getting out of his car. Really bad service, I never used to be very annoyed about a service but I'm afraid that this Domino's Pizza service was really poor. When I saw him on the car, arrived to the place, he told me to go there and I was insistent to at least get out of his car and bring my order on my hands properly if I had to go downstairs, I had to insist like 3-4 times to finally listen to me, he brought my order but no "Thank you" or "Have a nice evening" to me. Really rude from the delivery man.

If you're a delivery man, if we pay FEES for the delivery, it's for you guys bring the order to the door. It's YOUR JOB, you have to come to the house/flat and bring the order no matter what. It's none of our business if you have issues with parking or anything else. If you don't have good reasons for do your job properly, there is no EXCUSE. DO YOUR JOB.
