Absolutely diabolical (non) service. I rang up, this evening 27/11/17), at 18.26, to be informed that the system was down and to either order online,or call back. I tried to order online, but it seems that if you're not on Facebook, which I am not, you cannot order (correct me if I'm wrong). I called again at 18.46 and this time was told the system was now up and running, but as my phone number wasn't showing up, on the system, I would not be able to place an order???????!!!!!!!!! I then rang Domino's Greenwich to see if I could place my order with them, but was told that as I was outside of the area they covered, this would not be possible. I queried whether my number showed up on their system and was told it didn't, but had they been able to deliver to me, this would not have been an issue, as they would take my details over the phone. Still wanting to have a Pizza for dinner, I decided to call New Cross again and speak with a manager. I could go on and go into GREAT detail about what transpired next, but, in a nutshell - manager was SORELY LACKING in listening skills, indifferent and refused/couldn't answer why placing a simple order was proving to be so problematic. I was finally told, if I placed an order, the wait time was now between 1 - 2.5 hours!!!! Suffice to say, I gave up at this point. On the plus side - I saved myself £20.00! I never used to have problems with this branch, but this is the 2nd time I've encountered problems recently. Will need to find myself a professional outfit that actually values their customers and endeavours to give a first class service, as this establishment...

I have ordered from Dominoās at my current address multiple times without issue, yet my most recent order was a complete disaster. Despite providing the correct delivery details, my food never arrived. I was unable to leave my home due to health reasons, yet the company failed to deliver and offered no practical solution.
When I contacted the store for a refund, I was shouted at, gaslighted, and left utterly disgusted. I was told I would need to collect the food in person and that my home ādid not existā ā despite previous successful deliveries, and even after the delivery driver asked me to add his number on WhatsApp so I could drop him a pin to my location⦠yet he STILL failed to deliver.
I was then informed I would not be refunded simply because āthey had made the food.ā To add insult to injury, the delivery driver called three minutes after leaving the store, asked for directions, and then contradicted themselves by claiming they donāt deliver to my address ā despite having done so before (and why accept my order in the first place??). They even tried to gaslight me further, claiming I had put the āwrong address and then changed it while they were on the way.ā
Customer service appeared disappointed, yet unsurprised by these issues, which speaks volumes about the systemic incompetence at this location. Overall, this was a profoundly disappointing experience, and I will not be ordering from Dominoās again. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money ā avoid this store.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered on the Dominos app last night, and received a call from the driver saying he was leaving so would be here soon (this wasnāt stated on the app but thatās fine). I told my partner and he put his shoes and coat on and left to collect it from downstairs as I live at the top of a block of flats, he just said heād wait for the driver. My partner left and I received a call almost straight away from the driver who was very rude and aggressive saying āI told you I was on my way and youāre not hereā to which I apologised and said my partner should be there any minute as I live in the top flat - the driver swore and hung up on me. Literally two minutes later (itās on my call history) I had another call from this driver and this time he decided to scream at me down the phone! I was so shocked, I couldnāt believe it! It didnāt even make any sense he was just swearing and shouting about being busy. When my partner came back up he said the driver shoved the food at him and went off without saying anything. This is unbelievable customer service. Absolutely appalled. Best part was like 30 minutes later the app said it was delivered. I use the app so I can see when drivers leave so I can go down before they get here. He was waiting for 4 minutes in total, and decided to scream at me even though I remained calm. Iāll be happy to give you the number of this driver, god knows how he managed to get a job in...
