Domino's Pizza - London - Orpington — Restaurant in London

Horrible experience, tried to originally deliver the pizzas, phoned to confirm that it was okay to ask for military discount at the door to which they agreed as long as I had identification, which was no problem at all until I asked the delivery driver for said discount. All I got from asking was a confused look from the driver and a hasty call to the quite frankly rude manager stating now (after telling me it was originally okay) that it was only for when I collect in store, so I apologised to the driver and returned all the food to reorder and collect in store. When I arrived there THE CEILING ALMOST FELL ON ME WHEN I ARRIVED TO COLLECT!! I opened the door and was met by the smashing and crashing of metal ceiling tiles crashing down at my feet, the welcoming I received wasn’t much better after, for I was met by the rude manager at the desk when I asked again for the discount that he himself said was allowed if I was in store, to which he practically exploded saying it’s not company policy and when I tried to explain that I have done this at previous stores before (while he continually spoke over me not listening to a single word I was saying) and ended up spitting that he’ll only give half the discount I was originally offered and tried to get me out of the store as quickly as possible, no enjoy your meal or any pleasantries. Considering that I’ve had delivery drivers happily give 50% off for military Personnel when they deliver I would have never thought it would be this much hassle ordering two simple pizzas and a...

Oh, Domino's... Bane of my attempt to diet...

If there is one thing you can say for any Domino's, it's that they are consistent. Visit one and you have visited them all, and this one is no exception. It lacks a personal touch, but you know what you're getting when you choose to order there: good pizza.

For anyone who has never been to a Domino's, it is a take-away only, no eat-in, and you get a small chilly and impersonal waiting area infront of the counter to order from and wait in, with little more than watching them cook or reading fun facts about the Domino's chain on the walls for entertainment whilst you wait, but if you ARE waiting it's your own fault.

You can order in advance for collection or delivery and they are among the most reliable deliverers I have ordered from, if you order from Domino's, you are eating Domino's, and you better not have a long shower whilst you wait or you may miss your pizza arriving, and as much as I am loathed to admit it, given how childishly it is styled, their delivery tracker is bar none the best I have seen.

They get 4 stars instead of 5, because if you do happen to be passing a Domino's and have a sudden hankering for pizza, you are in for an awkward, dull and often chilly wait, standing around without so much as a bench to park yourself on, but that's not really what they do so I can't really blame...

I have ordered from dominos a couple of times but I'm appalled at the last service I received. After ordering a week before and everything was fine I ordered again to then be told I'm banned from dominos. Banned?? For what? The man on the phone said I've been banned for 5 years at the address. And was told by head office. He couldn't give an answer. For one I haven't lived at my address for 5 years, and secondly Ive definitely ordered a few times in the time I've lived here I even ordered literally the week before. He tried to say it wasn't on the system. I called head office and they didn't know what they were talking about and could see I ordered the week before! They said they were going to email the franchise and ask them to verify and still haven't heard nothing back. The crazy thing is I paid and had to wait days for a refund. And still have no explaination or apology for clearly an error. They need to take more care in updating and verifying information. They didn't deliver my order and they have lost a customer.
